It crashes 90% of the time. After many, many attempts I managed to add a camera. But does not read correctly or it ignores the settings made on the camera. Then crashes again and forgets the settings. Only admin user can be set - no "operator" or "guest". No compatibility with the new cameras from Edimax.

just crashes on my Asus tablet.. works on Huawei good connection to Cam but lacks basic features like push notification.. email is OK but not enough....

No audio support, wanted to use as a baby monitor but useless!!!! Said two way support for audio on the box but doesnt mention this is only in a web browser! RUBBISH

Down loaded app but doesn't load camera .just keeps saying "unfortunately ediview has stopped" so frustrating. .HELP..

You really should do something about it. I recommend to watch trough browser with external port, a lot smoother live view.

Finds the camera, won't take any password. IC3115

When I'm outside of local network, software changes IC-3115W camera resolution from 640x480 to lowest useless resolution of 320x240, without my permission and without option to restore to previous resolution.

One feature that makes me interested in this product is the presence of features "Two-Way Audio with built-in microphone and audio out port to connect speakers". but I am very disappointed by this failure, including to function in android application that does not support for this feature.

Everything works ok. As expacted. Only fault is there is NO menu button for app, for users of android 5.1.1. for example. So it's imposible to add new camera, or change camera settings.

The application is simply terrible. I would avoid the brand all together. The app freezes and resets my camera settings frequently which requires me to set up the camera allover again every single time.

This camera won't work unless I'm at home as soon as I leave my WiFi it won't detect the camera, and yes it is on cloud. Piece of garbage the camera and app!!

Just connect to the camera in the web browser. The web front end offers far more features than the app does.

Fix the sound part and also guys. .if you start monitoring on the phone you don't want every minute to unlock your phone over and over again. .so this option should be also included. ..

On cloud connection app reduces video resolution, quality is really poor (320x240 px)

I have two IC-7110W IP cameras and they are pretty good. Quality is limited to your video settings and wireless bandwidth, but I am getting 30FPS. I think that the app/browser viewing resolution is lower than the actually video and jpeg recorded resolutions. Take some recordings and open them in a picture viewer or .avi player to check. Disappointed that the voice option is not available in the ediview mobile app. Also, I cannot select a region on my motion detection, although the manual says that it should be one of the sub-options in the administration console. I have asked about this on the tech support sight, along with whether I can access the admin console remotely to make changes. Waiting for an answer. I found it easy to install and did not need to setup any port forwarding as I installed the cameras in the cloud via the utility provided. NB - Check your State/Federal privacy laws about recording voice as you may need to have a visible sign up to make the VOICE recordings legal or admissible.

I understand if that's the default resolution you want to use for bandwidth conservation, but we should be able to change that, especially if it's P2P. I can't make out certain details that I would be able to with higher resolutions.

Its easy to use, but missing functionality app. 1. Sound is not available 2. Turning on/off the led 3. All configurations not supported by this app If it just a viewer, why should i use it?? Not support baby protect as i wished from it and edimax3030 camera

Had install in note2, whats going on with sounds? Please help

I will give 7 star for this app having good connectivity and quality video... Cam performance changed to fantastic when I upgraded my 7110w f/w to v2.0. *** thanks to developer!

Itz very difficult to find all options. I find following things difficult to find. - Refresh Camera - Delete configured Camera - No note of swiping screen will open different configured cameras - Difficult to find number of screen view and many other small small things which would have been highlighted properly. But overall it works ☺

I am dissapointed with the app, because no sound option or motion detection as promised. Expected more when bought camera.

Utter rubbish. App constantly 'shuts down' won't let me install camera. Can't simply view the cloud picture on a browser, you have to use this useless app.

Only thing that bother me is changing resolution to 320x240 when connecting from outside..give us option to connect in full resolution!

After this app updated..both S5 and S4 now cann pan the cam, just can view....fix it please? Following up....no response for 2 weeks...

Works perfectly at home on local WIFI ! never in remote ! Nada, no, nein, nee, Not with the IC-7110W and not with the IC-3110W. Solution : changing configuration from IP to Cloud was the solution in remote. Use the MAC address ! bye ! changed rating from 3 to 5
