Signed up been weeks now and not one survey.

Its really good app and earn money easily with tesco club card.

Cannot get access to send any complaint or correspondence. Can you let me know what you are going to do?

Every survey says that I can't do it in the app and sends me an email with a link to use in a browser.. Why have a survey ap you can't actually use for surveys??

Why is the app telling me I've been unsubscribed?

Surveys are never compatible with the app

None of the 3 surveys available to me can be accessed on the APP. I still have to open on the web! Waste of time.

The last three surveys I have been sent cannot be completed using the app, then it locks up and unable to exit out of the app. Needs work!

Lots of the buttons are obscured on my phone (LG Nexus) and you can't complete surveys.

No longer works... they upgraded the app and unsubscribed me - no email support, hopeless. Uninstalling

Although this app has been clunky since I started using it, I have appreciated the opportunity to win more Tesco points. Today I log on to see if there is a new survey and I am told that this account is showing as unsubscribed. I have filled in the surveys faithfully over the time that I have used the app and consider this a very impolite way of terminating my relationship. Explanation please, shopper thoughts?

Already had a draw from it to treat my self. Good app!!!!

I love this and have been using it for a year now, only thing is how do you get your points?? Or do they automatically go on to your club card?? If anyone could help thanks

It don't work you have to use a computer or a tablet web browser at takes 40 minutes longer to do any thing i would rate this -5

Pointless, and in my android chrome browser, the surveys don't load properly for me (radio buttons and check boxes are missing)! Otherwise the app would be a good idea.

Ideal app for my lifestyle, can't wait to get stuck into the surveys. #Surveyjunkie.

Pretty much every survey tells you to complete it in a browser. It doesn't even bother to embed a browser or provide a link to the survey, must offers to e-mail you the link!

I have been using the app a while since the last update unable to do any surveys via the app, then when I click the link in my email domain name no longer exists. Very disappointed.

Won't open. Just Black screen then says not responding

Haven't been able to complete a survey using the app yet. They are all PC only.

Why make an app for surveys then not send any out had this app for over a month and only had prize draw surveys none at all with the chance to earn points

Won't load just keeps crashing

Every survey I've ever tried to open in this app, says can only be done on a PC. Have to force close the app to exit, else it logs you out. One of the most useless apps I've ever installed, only good for checking points balance and survey expiry dates. Woo...!

Got offered in-store surveys on a couple of different occasions, and went into stores twice to fill in. App didn't work either time so wasted my time and petrol. Ridiculous app.

Poor UI design, doesn't adhere to any of the Android app design guidelines and isn't easy to use or get around. Even the Back button on my device doesn't do anything nor quit out of the app.

Crashes every single time I try to use it.

Out of all the surveys I have been sent via this app only 1 was able to work here, the rest were all "pc only" which I still did on my phone via email link. To turn it off I Have to use task manager? Fix these small things and I will reinstall.

App has major connection problems, took 35 mins to complete 10 min survey. App kept crashing which is frustrating when doing an instore survey.

This app does not work and since I've installed it, I still did a survey through the web, it never showed up on my app. It also had problems connecting to the server.

Continuous application error. Could not get in.

App installed, opened, tried to complete survey, failed, app uninstalled.

It seems that to close the app I'm having to press the home key on my phone then close the application, which would be left running otherwise. There is a logout button accessible via the menu, but I believe this would actually log me out of the app meaning I'd have to log back in again when I reopen it. Pressing the back key doesn't do it (but does for /plenty/ of other applications) - and that is, I believe I once read somewhere, meant to be the "Android way". Shame.

The app repeatedly claimed to lose connection with the server and kept booting me back to the start of the survey. After the third time this happened I thought I would try later, only to find the quota full. Could be a good app, but needs to use some local caching, so you don't have to start from scratch when things go wrong
