I loved it, but then when I tried to order the hello kitty arrangement for my nieces birthday they stated they can't deliver it and it can't be picked up because they want me to buy the high priced valentine's stuff. It's for a birthday not valentine's day and needed it deliver on the 13th not the 14th. I will find a different place to get a gift, there goes my $$$ out the door. Get it together EA! I will not be back for a long time

Not user friendly, well unless u want to buy one item. I was trying to buy several for my daughter and wife but it wont let u just pick the items first and then check u out. It has u jump through a couple of hoops then u can shop more but the the valentine's option is not a choice so u then pick from what is available, hit continue but it says pick size first. There is no size button available. ????

I personally dislike "apps" because they don't give you all the options of the actual Web page, however this app does. You're asked questions that fruit experts would ask which then creates a set of options for you. The interaction and speed of the app is by far one of the best I've seen in a long time.
