When ever try to enter rcvd SMS... App crashed.... For God sake fix it ASAP....

App crashes. I cannot register as it crashes every time I enter the sms code. Waste of time.

Never succeeded to register... I enter my data at the registration page then I receive a pass code via SMS and when trying to enter it the app crashes... Never worked.

Very bad cannot create new account..its force stop!!!

Poor can't activate new account , show stopper after filling the activation code

"Login errors" not directed .. should provide suppport for "forgot username " and "forgot password " secondly ... we have three patients on one phone number.. kindly add multiple patients to one login

Need lots of improvement.... Basic features like forgot password, forgot userid are missing which is very essential. Also app should provide user an option to book doctor appointment.

Why can't we register? There's always an error for registration before logging in. Fix this!

I JUST DOWNLOADED TODAY 14-MAY WITH OUT ANY ERROR BUT STILL I CANNOT LOGIN, AS SOON AS WE OPEN THE APPLICATION ITS STUCK ON THE FIRST WINDOW ONLY NOTHING HAPPENING

Cannot login if forget the password, kindly add the reset password option to the app..!!!

Please let me know how to reset the user name & password, there should be some way to login again and even can't register again if forgotten the user name / password

Why my prescription not appear in app this is more important

يحدث خطأ عند التسجيل بان المستخدم موجود من قبل وكلمة السر لا يتم اعادة التاكد منها مرة اخرى عند التسجيل وع ذلك لا توجد خدمة اعادة تعيين كلمة السر استطعت التسجيل لنفسى ولم استطع لبقية العائلة لتكرار الخطأ بوجود. نفس المستخدم عدة مرات ولا يوجد دعم فنى تتصل به وحتى هنا لا يقوم احد بالرد على الشكاوى

لتعاسة البرنامج الذي لايتيح لك استعادة كلمة السر وياليت تجيبو على الشكاوي وتحلوا المشكلة
