If I accidently set auto mode it won't let me return to manual until I stop the app and restart it (which is a pain since it turns brightness to the max and Hwatch has no light sensor). Also, ambient mode does not match the controlled brightness (at least not when turned down low). Other than those two things I like it a lot! I think I'll keep it since it appears the dev cares about the app and might make it better :-)

Had to change my review from 4 stars to 5 after an update fixed my issue with the app not working sometimes. The dev even replied to let me know the update would fix the issue. Probably my most used AW app I'd say

Rarely works or too complicated with no guidelines how to make it work.

Doesn't work on my LG GWR running Wear 2.0

Very useful, however I can't control the brightness using the right side of the screen on my Huawei watch.

Not Working!

I've been using wear launchers for a long time and mainly use it for screen brightness. Those just kill my battery. Found this gem and I couldn't be happier. Work's perfect and no issues or insane battery drain.

Not sure why it doesn't work on my huawei watch.

Since wear devices are missing some features I'd think would ship standard, this tool is a must have. Set the adjust location where it won't interfere with other touch functions and you have a super quick brightness adjustment on the fly. Thanks for sharing!

When it works it works well but it seems to either crash constantly or refuse to run continuously. I almost always have to reload the app before I can adjust my brightness.

Did not work on my Huawei watch. Too bad really wanted it to work.

This is a fantastic app that easily allows you to control the brightness on wear that don't have ambient light sensors. This functionality should really be on all Android Wear as standard, well done!

I just wish it would keep the same brightness when the screen is in sleep mode it just bightings back to the default brightness in sleep mode

On Moto360...no change in brightness with edge swiping. Starting app on the moto360 just turned screen black.

Fails to work on LG watch R, need something like this so I can take control via tasker.

Z70%
by Z####:

If you configure the right side of the watch only the left side still affects the brightness. This means it doesn't work well with launchers that run on the left side of the watch screen. Round watches can't use the corners either Without a launcher this wouldn't be an issue perhaps. This fixed would be a clear 5 though as the interface, when enabled, is perfect.

Finally works on 5.1.1 for my LG R

K70%

The brightness control works as advertised but doesn't appear to control the 'dimmed' mode, just the 'bright' mode. It's weird to have the screen brightness quite low and then it goes into dimmed mode and suddenly gets brighter.
