Molecular Dynamics Simulation between Na Cl Particles. Computing the force between particles, enabling DS-CUDA to take lend one GPU from your server.

Original Claret program was developed by Prof. Takahiro Koishi in Fukui University, and it was ported to use GPU by Prof. Tetsu Narumi in University of Electro-Communications. Then I ported it to Android with DS-CUDA.
