Always seems really really slow to log in. Also have noticed a few times I've submitted meter readings but my bill doesn't get updated

This could be a great app. I say could be because currently it's very slow and clunky. I've recently switched over to EDF so knew I'd have to submit meter readings at some point. When that point came, I tried using the app, firstly to manually input my meter readings (where it wouldn't accept my gas reading and told me I'd entered an invalid number despite it being totally accurate) and then using the photo option. I finally submitted my meter readings via the chat function on the website.

Does not work. Trying to logon but keep getting message 'Server is not responding. Please try later.' Cannot give 0 star rating. Would give a higher star rating if I could use app.

Cannot login into my account anymore. An infinite loop occurs while the submit button is pressed. The device is running android 7.1.1 . Many thanks.

Rubbish app. Stops every time you log on. Just joined EDF hope this is not a sign of things to come.

Slow to load and respond. Looks like a web page rather than an app. The British gas app and site is so much better and useful. Please just replicate the British gas app.

Slow to start and no energy usage info, let alone data visualisation. Competitors offer superior mobile apps. Raise your game EDF!

Very slow app in terms of loading times and screen transitions. Not what you'd expect from a massive, well financed (based on my bills!) energy company. Pretty weak.

Was worried after reading all the negative reviews but working without any issues.

Can't submit a reading. Currently shows 8 billing accounts but only ever had 2. App is very slow on my Samsung S7 crashes and also can't view previous payment. Actually pointless until they fix all their issues.

Crashes everyone I try to log on. Amazing effort on the app from a company with already poor customer service!

Worst app ever. Really EDF did you get a 2 year old to do this. Bring it up to speed or just get rid of it!

This app is a poor part of an iOS app by seemingly the worst android developers I've ever seen. The startup time is worse than even the flashiest game and images get stretched because they haven't even attempted to make the app work on multiple screen sizes.

It accepts user ID and password and then just spins forever. No point in it at the moment.

Please please do something about the app slow aint the word its bloody awful please sort edf

Great App it's got everything I need and so easy to give a meter reading day or night EDF is a Brilliant Electric Company anyone thinking bout joining them just join you won't regret

Forgetting for a moment that it's so damn slow, I can't make payments! I have to use the website to pay my bills, so what, may I ask, is the point of this app? It doesn't make anything easier.

Horrendous. I've just switched to EDF and all I want to do is submit my readings. Stressed out trying to logon....absolutely awful. Wish I could score a minus figure.

Won't even load. Complained about this and the equally awful website. I eventually had a reply of "uninstall and try again". Did that and still nothing. Sort it out EDF!!!

Crap, so slow it's unusable, same as the website, go to log in and it takes so long and just says it can't log due to technical difficulties.

Slow to log in. Could do with a widget, so no need to constantly login all time to check balance
