I used Eden App while I was on vacation in December. I wanted my driveways and walkway cleared before I got home. Tried it out for fathers day; worked without issue. It isn't always immediate: sometimes it can take a few hours for them to arrive, but the results are great nonetheless.

The app is still new so it was being a bit glitchy and I wasn't understanding how to do something, but I asked for a call back and received one within 10 minutes. I had my question answered, someone came out to do my lawn in less than 2 hrs. I couldn't even get a call back from one of the big maintenance companies in that time,And the price was better too.

Easy to use, and their customer service was quick to respond and very helpful when I had a question. Recommended if you need one-time lawn or snow services.

The contractor pushed the snow onto the street opposite my house which is not permitted in the city of Toronto. Disappointed that the contractors engaged by the service wouldn't know this or worse would disregard the bylaws. Ample space for snow on my front yard or at the very back of the driveway. Had a visit from the city bylaw enforcement unit today as one of my nosey neighbours lodged a complaint. Otherwise, app set up, ease of use, functionality etc all excellent. A very convenient service.

Service for this app is only available is Toronto and Vaughan. They don't even allow you to enter other locations to figure out where demand is. I get that there may not be service in my area yet as the service is pretty new, but why would I check back or how do you notify me that service is now available in my area. Great concept, needs some updates to be useful.

I hardly consider Vaughan representative of the 905. No love for 'sauga or oakville or heck even Brampton! Thumbs down until service is available more widely as the Globe & Mail article alluded to!

I used this app during the first snowfall and loved it. Eden was easy to use, and cheaper than the other guys. Driveway, walkway and sidewalk were done well.
