Interioridad Edelvives

Interioridad Edelvives es una aplicación que permite desarrollar ámbitos de aprendizaje esenciales para alcanzar una experiencia de interioridad.

La interioridad hace referencia a la dimensión más profunda del ser humano, que da sentido a su vida y, por tanto, está presente en todos nosotros, independientemente de creencias, cultura o situación personal o social. Es la capacidad de reconocerse desde dentro y de relacionarse desde lo auténtico y lo profundo para poder encontrar un equilibrio personal, lo cual repercute positivamente en los demás, en el entorno y en la sociedad.

Interioridad es lo opuesto a dispersión. Es el descubrimiento de esa realidad profunda que se expresa de diferentes formas y que necesita ser educada y trabajada como una dimensión esencial y consustancial en toda persona. Por eso creemos que la interioridad pertenece al ser, a la esencia, a lo constitutivo. Es la base de la experiencia espiritual, un camino educativo y vital.

Educar la interioridad es enseñar que lo que se vive y lo que se es está regulado por la experiencia interior. Se trata de desarrollar la dimensión de «enseñar a ser persona». Es una propuesta universal, experiencial, abierta, integradora y creativa. Hablamos de educar la interioridad como un camino hacia el centro del ser, a los sentimientos, una búsqueda de lo profundo y lo esencial que da sentido al ser humano, percibiendo, incluso, aquello que le trasciende.

Se cultiva la interioridad como aprendizaje de la percepción existencial en la que se integra todo en todos. Es la respuesta a los nuevos retos esenciales como el autoconstructivismo, lo sensorial, lo simbólico, el mundo emocional, lo experiencial y lo universal.

Para fundamentar el proyecto son necesarias cuatro claves:

• Descubrir formas de escucha interior.
• Fomentar la capacidad de atender cada instante.
• Experimentar la realidad trascendente que abarca al ser humano.
• Percibir la vida desde lo más profundo.

Nuestro logo, «Bit meditation», hace referencia al tiempo y al silencio. BIT es el acrónimo de Basic Interiority Time, esto es, ‘Tiempo esencial de interioridad’; mientras que meditation nos habla del silencio interior necesario para realizar experiencias de interioridad a través de diferentes ejercicios puntuales.
La aplicación se estructura en cinco ámbitos de aplicación o aprendizaje que se abren tocando sobre ellos y que se pueden elegir de forma aleatoria:

We speak of educating interiority as a path to the center of being, feelings, a search for the deep and essential that gives meaning to human being, perceiving even that which transcends him.

Our logo, "Bit meditation" refers to the time and silence. BIT is the acronym for Basic interiority Time, ie 'essential interiority Time'; while meditation speaks of inner silence necessary for inner experiences through different specific exercises.
