This app is soo bad, it doesn't even let me register. I was trying to sign up and make a new account. But it said try again to sign up. This app is the worst. I would not recommend this app to anyone. This is very annoying. They better fix it!!

Yeah its a good app coz u can even book a cab through calling their service center. Though still there are still things to improve but i think they are working on it...

I haven't used this yet. I had tried Ola Cab in New Delhi and my experience was very good. Thanks to you guy..If I would have chance I will definitely go for eddy Cab first..

This app works only online! Few weeks ago I tried to book for a taxi but my internet connection was not so good. That day I couldn't use this app. I just want to say if this can't provide you help when needed then its useless . I even couldn't find a taxi that day and had to walk with my luggage. What my point is - this app needs to work even in low data coz in a country like Nepal not every place has a good network connection. Plus I couldn't sign-up today after I downloaded this app aftr a long time.

Too expensive. The driver told me his meter started from the moment I called him to pick me up and not from my pick up destination. Cost 100rs more than my usual taxi fare for my route. Not good like tootle.

The app gets stuck in the sign up page. Did not receive any verification sms. So unsuccessful signup = app not working. Fix it please

This app is not letting me to register... always says "try again later" whereas i have uninstalled it and again installed it 100 times ????????????

You guys should keep fare and distance estimate so that we can know how much charge is cost while reserving

Can't sign up. Shows error. The button to call customer service doesn't work either.

The app needs major improvement because it won't even let me register which is a huge downer btw for the one's willing to support the new service

Apps is good but when i'm click pickup me no any taxy respond my request so please add more taxy and then advertise ....

Had an initial bad experience. Couldnot register when needed.

You should look up to Sarathi for customer care and taxi service...Much better.

Doesn't send SMS for verification during sign up in the first place.
