ED Controls

ED Controls is an innovative system for communication and registration. A deviation or instruction is easily recorded: with a picture (and text), connected to a position on drawing, time and the one responsible. You share the tasks and instructions with your team by e-mail. Transparent, and with a clear definition of responsibilities. That way everyone knows what is expected of each other. It gives a clear overview of the tasks that need to be performed.

With ED Controls you can also easily stay on top of project management: through the web interface you track the progress, create reports, quickly and easily get insight into important management information, discover trends and therefore intervene more rapidly.

ED Controls consists of two modules: (1) Tickets, (2) Audits.

1. Tickets module

With the iPad you can record errors, deviations and instructions using pictures and text, include instructions or comments and email the case to all involved. These 'tickets' are connected to a position on the drawing, and recorded with a date, time and GPS coordinate. Using various lists and reports you can monitor the progress.

2. Audits Module

With this module you can perform and report on inspections, audits or surveys. Conveniently, because you always carry the right lists with you. You can record your findings in the shape of tickets. The system will add them to the inspection report. In addition the system will include these tickets in the management and monitoring of the project. The audit information is available immediately.

- always have access to the right checklist
- direct access to inspections and surveys
- errors and deviations which are found are directly forwarded to the one responsible for solving them
- the inspections, audits and surveys can directly be signed on the iPad after execution and/or for approval
