This app helps students enjoy the pro basketball season using proven reading instruction. edMe Basketball asks students questions that reinforce the main idea, find evidence, and build vocabulary.

The primary goal is to help improve reading skills while engaging in topics they find exciting. This lightweight companion helps students look for evidence and draw conclusions based on evidence - a skill critical across the educational spectrum.

Most of the materials will be news articles so that students gain confidence with their reading skills, but there will also be video and graphics to ensure that students are familiar with a variety of information sources.
