I totally love this app. It helps me to manage my store on the go. Its always up to date and running smoothly, never any problems. Ecwid is the best tool out there for your business. Thanks a bunch for all y'all do!!!

While it isn't as intuitive as the online version, it's good to have for your business.

Great easy to use online shop. I have shops on multiple sites and it all syncs up perfectly. Easy to do discount codes and I'm looking forward to having my shop apps shortly after signing up to the annual unlimited plan. Can't use some features in the UK but great even so.

Only reason this didn't get 5 stars is that I, as an android user can not ring someone up through the app but, my business partner as an iPhone user, can. I'll give it 5 stars when I can do the same. Besides that, great app!

For the cost this has been a great product. I left my old website format to use this one. It took me a little bit to figure it out but with great customer service we got it done.

It's baffling that a mobile app isn't mobile friendly, only desktop version. Is there an update for this?

Won't work with free account, forces me to upgrade account after logging in.

Ecwid is the best website platform I have used and I have used many. I've also sold on eBay, Etsy, and all the other marketplaces and this has been the most successful and satisfying for me. It's easy to set up and control every item for sale. Simple and yet very well designed.

Love the way new features are added. This app and the cart itself has come a long way since I started using it 5 years ago. Would highly recommended.

Why ask me to upgrade and pay even before I upload my products? Let me stick to my old mode of sales. Total waste of my time

Ecwid might not be the main stream and hot ecom platform right now but it's the most versitle for those that want control.

Dose not work can not link to Facebook save your time

Easily added a store to both our website and Facebook page, easy customer ordering for over a year now. It works!

Please add the ability to touch a product in an order and go to edit that product. Just as it does on desktop. Sometimes we need to mark an item as out of stock but it is extra steps to do so on the app

The app is awesome. I downloaded a cash register notification sound and now every time I get an order I get a cha ching! My sales and production staff has the program on their phones too so it keeps them motivated. I just wish I could limit access to functions for them.

I chat about this app but they are not Answering properly not responsibility very poor service

I don't like that I can't delete sizes of dresses that I no longer have. I don't want to have to delete entire item to delete size. This still makes me have to go to my desk top to do alot of the things on website. So app is Ok for tracking your sales. But not updating to me.

Come on, I used this app all day to stream line my customers buys now after the update unable to log in.

So we have to paid (upgrade) account to use this all uh?

Downloaded app. Tried to connect via facebooknas i have always done. Logsnin but has no function available at all???

Keeps getting better.

I had downloaded the Ecwid app yesterday, and I am not able to log in over the app. Screen stays blank with the log in and scan bar on top. I read about an issue like that another user had experienced. Also, I have been e-mailing support and log in support but they are automated mails and WON'T help. Seems like costumer service is just for paying costumers :(

Love how they are always adding new features every week

When I touch the login button, it switches to a white screen and nothing happens. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling, shutting my phone off and resarting, nothing seems to make a difference with the outcome.
