It's a bit cumbersome to move around in & I was unable to locate the pharmacy I need my refill to be sent to even though I had the address & even when I used the location service. It would only give me those within a 10 mile radius. Search module needs to be updated to allow for zip code search.

Horrible!!! It doesn't do anything useful and always have to find location, Dr, Blah, Blah, Blah...then gives you no info. I think they just want your info to sell

Love it so far. EXCEPT for the fact my doctor hasn't posted any info other than lab results and upcoming appointments. Maybe its early yet....but we will see.

Always gives me wrong time of appointment. Today we ended up going 7.45 am, two hours before docs office open.

Great! Helpful! Easy & friendly App! It tracks all info so I can compared or keep track my health. If I forgot an appt date, reminders are listed along with vitals & labs from previous visit.

I'm a nurse so I'm able to navigate easily and understand why results and notes aren't available at times. I love being informed of what's going on and am able to actively participate with my care. For those that want the app to notify you thru your phones calendar you have to give the app permission to interact with ur calender and it has several choices for notifications.

The App is.only as good as the people who operate it. The PA is always there and I get a response of some sort within a couple of hours. My opinion is the staff is what makes the App shine.

Too complicated, takes too long. Need easy access direct from email. I avoid at all costs.

Easy to use but no access to your labs, etc. The only thing I can do is check appointment. Needs to be like mychart so you can check for lab results & check history

A little difficult to figure out, but excellent to have. I love being able to request a refill on my meds so easily.

It's nice to be able to leave messages for the doc and get a message response. But it should give you access to read you message you left. It only allows you to see what the doc leaves. Overall it's good Op and easy to use.

This app is sometimes a TRUE lifesaver. during an emergency I was able to hold out my list of medications and information for the medical professional. the information in it is easily found, with an intuitive interface. My appointments are always up to date within minutes of getting them, and I can even check my lab results as fast as the docs get them! the first app I would rate 6 stars if allowed.

It's kinda weird at times Just to put your doctor's in is a major pain after that your good to go Unable to delete previous messages to and from Doc office It could use some fine tuning

It's great there's just one major issue, it's very slow it takes at least 5 mins to load each page and that's very very frustrating

Clunky. Not easy to use. Information is good when it can be found.

Listed my doctors appointment an hour later than I was scheduled. Don't rely on the appointment tab, you'll end up late. Also now that the appointment has passed, and a new one is scheduled, it only shows the old one. Not the new one

It has helped me alot.. I see my meds.. charts.. All the information I need in one spot.

works well. The 2 things that I've found inconvenient are-Email doesn't show you your sent emails (only replies)..which leaves you wondering if your email was sent. Also, it doesn't allow you to attach pictures when emailing your Doctor. This is very frustrating when you are trying to get medical advice from your Doctors office.

App works when we haven't forgotten our password. Now let us connect this app to Google Calendar for a real meaningful app.

Amazing to get my results before meeting with my doctor. I now have a chance to research and be prepared to ask all of the right questions. Also, having multiple physicians info in one place makes my life much easier to organize.

Only 3 stars because there are MANY times when I go to check my messages and there is nothing there. It happens(seemingly) at random. Other wise seems alright so far.

I no longer have to carry a list of medications so if I'm referred to another, I simply open the app and show them.

Why isn't it loaded with options from my physician? I was directed to this app but its got almost nothing in it pertinent to me.

This app is just okay. Not sure if it is because the ofiice doesnt use all the features but it doesnt do much.

It's good! I wish it could have a feature (like Google calendar) 24 hours before an appointment or an alert.

Horrible Enrollment and Terrible Navigation. Eats Battery and Takes up a Huge amount of Storage for Nothing. Messaging is even difficult to use.

This app is so very useful. I have a lot going on and it is good to go to one place to find all of my info.

I guess some of the functionality is OK with regards to having access to my records etc but I cannot find my doctor in the app to schedule an appointment.

Never updated. Labs or other tests not added. Doesn't allow you to edit meds which are wrong. Appointments not updated.

Great that i can get a list of what i am taki mg rite at hand or appointments with me being ADHD and all i can't ever remeber appointments it helps alot

Great way to track info from the doctor. Best part it reads the data from my fitness tracker

I love being able to get a hold of my doctor quickly with quick responses back.

It's an awesome app. I can message my doc, nurse and they get back to me in no time.

The main reason I got the app was to schedule an appointment, but it could never find the provider!

Love how easy it is to use. I can email to my doctor and they respond quickly to my questions and concerns.

Slow to receive lab results

To much to deal with to read or review your file, especially after 24 hours no information.
