The server goes down at least weekly and stays down for hours. Currently, Telephone Encounters are not appearing in my mobileECW although they are appearing on my desktop version. I wish this were a more reliable app.

It falls short of great but it is very helpful when traveling and on-call. At times, gets hung up on labs and will not allow you to view them. Also, unable to tell if the patient has web access or not. They should add the computer icon like it is on the full desktop version. E-rxs fail at times...so sender beware!!

The new update broke the lab functionality. It just hangs when I try to view labs and I have to close out the app

Very useful when on call. The latest update has a bug ; we can no longer view or sign off on individual labs. This function worked well prior to the current version.

I'm very impressed! It syncs with the database within a few seconds, allows me to e-rx while talking, access progress notes and allergies etc, and document an out of office conversation easily; you could capture the work to count towards CCM or decide to just bill if you wanted to. I'm using a Galaxy 7 edge with zero issues. Also works great on my galaxy tablet (older model). I hope they continue to add even more features in future!

The app keeps closing after I enter billing. So I need to sign back in frequently. Not all of the billing is going through. Still needs work and eCW support is less than helpful. Having support staff half way around the world makes communication difficult

There are still lots of issues but it's getting better and I love just sitting in bed to do notes.

this computer software is for the birds. I spent 20 M and have a date to visit you in 2014 Is that correct If not mail me a phone number to speak with you

Charge capture at the hospital is great. Easy to navigate.

5 stars as it works well and very easy to use. Would like to have ability to sign documents.

New to the app

Once you get Dragon speech anywhere (desktop eCW needs upgraded), it allows you to use your phone for dictation. The process is quite seamless and the ability to dictate with Dragon allows me to see patients, dictate (sometimes in the room) while on the move, and at the very end of the day go to my desktop with minimal correction. I used to use a transcription service, but this allows me to dictate seamlessly into the SOAP just like using Dragon on the desktop. Wish it had some more staff functionality

Would like to see some confirmation a med has been sent by eprescribe. Half the time it goes, half not. No popup that tells you. Doing labs in here is also cumbersome. Keep working on this.

I use this product in the evening and on weekends. It is very helpful when returning patient phone calls during those hours. I also use it in the exam room to take a picture to add to the patient's chart.

Unbelievably Bad Like all things by Eclinical Works (ECW) I've suffered., a total mess. Drug search, pharmacy search, patient search have all worked, rarely, if at all. I dealt with support multiple times to get records to update past 2011. The app would show records past 2011 for 1-2 days, then revert back to showing only records up to 2011. The names of office staff were what they were in 2011, the list never updated. Pharmacy search showed a scattering of pharmacies all over the country, Florida, Virginia, occasionally some near me. The drug search drop down list worked, I think, once. Comically bad, disgraceful product, and I would be embarrassed to have my name, as a programmer, associated with this product. If it wasn't a program that was involved in life and death medical decisions, you would enjoy how bad it is. A perfect example of how "Obamacare" and tech companies have foisted poor quality software on poor suffering clinicians, putting patient healthcare at risk in the name of "high tech medicine". DO NOT USE THIS APP

I agree with others that this is limited. It will be very helpful on call for documenting encounters. It would be nice to actually be able to do some minimal at least documentation on progress notes if I can order labs, meds, etc. I still need to play with it some more.

Why is the medication on the drop down list if it does not have an NDC code linked to it? Needs clean up of med list

Generally, I like the functionality. Has some limitations. Data entry is minimal.

There is no way to put in your clinic id. There should be a way to get the info and input it so you can sign in!!!!!

It does the job however, it would be more useful if you could be able to access patients documents such as; labs and xrays and review them from the app or add an electronic signature. EPCS is an important missing piece and should also be included in your next update. Lots of room for improvement still for eClinical Mobile.

I like this app. It's very helpful when you are on call .

Was on call last weekend and being able to document the encounter on the fly was great.

It is extremely frustrating that we cannot enter a new appointment from this app.

The app is pretty straightforward. Makes eprescribing refills easy. Very useful when on call after hours to view patients charts. When the scribe function becomes active I'm looking forward to being able to dictate patients notes.
