How does it work?

Sales Tracking Calendar is the best daily planner & the best sales performance tracking app for the professional salesperson- the only app that prompts you after your appointment to enter your RESULTS - that makes Sales Tracking Calendar the best performance activity manager for Salespeople on the market!

1. Set up a Sales Objective to track.

2. Start scheduling and entering Appointments, Follow-Up's and Referrals with clients and leads just like you would in an Appointment Book or Schedule Planner.

*Every client or lead that you have scheduled an appointment, follow up or referral with will stay saved in the Contact section of Sales Tracking Calendar app!*

3. At the end of each day enter into the “EOD” (End Of Day) menu how many Cold Calls you made that day and how many new Appointments you set that day.

4. After your Appointments Sales Tracking Calendar will prompt you for your results in the Post Appointment menu:
*Sale Closed (enter sale amount) or
*Not Interested (will remove the account from your Pipeline Report)
*Follow-Up Needed (enter the follow-up day and time and it will automatically be scheduled for you)

5. Track and view your working accounts on your Pipeline Report - it is always 100% up to date automatically. You can email it to you and your Manager with one click!

6. At the end of each week the app uses the data that you enter throughout the week to create your Performance Statistics Report and your Weekly Sales Plan - using your own activity numbers & closing ratios!
Both reports can be emailed right to you AND to your Sales Manager!

The app is beautiful and I think it's on its way to becoming something that many sales professionals could use. Here are some of the things that I would love to see in this app: 1) Add functionality to export data in spreadsheet format to web storage (E-mail might be too restrictive because if you have a lot of contacts, the e-mail might not be able to hold it) 2) Where is the data stored? Is there backup storage in case something happens to the device? 3) A web page where we could use desktop/laptop and full sized keyboard to update and organize would be really helpful. It's great having it on a mobile device but if you have a lot of updating or organizing to do it's easier to do it on a full size keyboard. 4) Allow synchronization of the sales calendar to Google calendar. If it's not synchronized then I'm having to have 2 calendars (this one and my Google calendar). By synchronizing with Google, we can have all of our calendar data backed up. 5) On the Settings / Manage Contacts / Contacts page, I would not make Contact's Last Name a mandatory field. Just first name. 6) Allow mass uploading of existing contacts into the app.

My sales team when share there reports by e-mail with me it does not have complete details like coments. Few of them told that the calender in the app does not show complete details it's like they got hidden or got deleted by itself .looking for a solution so can have the reports from all the sales team which is complete .I am sure these small problems can be resolved soon

Cant even change the currency. There is no flexibility in customization. Only the calendar is useful. Thats it !!!

I fyou want to use your Facebook profile to log in, don't waste your time. If you do, the app WILL NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL. Are there any simple free sales tracking apps on android? I've tried 5 and they are all garbage.

This is really the only app I can find where I can keep a calendar and track sales. I really wish I could sync my account on different devices. I also wish I could print a Dale's report without making goals. Maybe I'm just missing that part.

I've just installed this product and I still have much to experience with this product before I finalize my review but I can see two problems thus far. I make myself available to my prospects and my clients from 8 AM until 8 PM but the scheduler does not allow for an appointment beyond 6 PM. I'd also like to know why this product is free. I'm willing to purchase a good product. Based on the response from the developers I have revised my review.

5 stars will be eminent with Google calendar and contacts integration. Are these in the works? Also, is it possible to have multiple objectives, short term/long term (Showing MTD and YTD progress)?

This app is great and I use it every day. The way it keeps stats is very helpful. One suggestion is to have a widget that allows you to view your upcoming appointments on your home screen without opening the app. With that addition I would definitely give it 5 stars. Thanks for the great app.

Great app. I really need to have the busines card scanning feature to add contacts. It will be highly useful rather than typing the whole contact data which may already inside the phone in contact list. So sync to current contact laso cery useful.

Kept getting message calendar has stopped??? Also icon was calendar not sales or pipeline. That's not that important but it bugs me. Maybe it did not install correctly
