Recently stopped working after using it for years. No error in my connection. ... error in your app! Please fix!

App has stopped working, claiming to have a network problem yet all my other apps work fine. have been using for years...seems the latest update of the app is not working with new android marshmallow OS

It was great until now. I am trying to top up. It's telling me I've a problem with my network which is working fine.

Changed the premises number when I moved house. Topped up tonight.... Assigned the top up to the old premises. Won't let me change the premises number again. Terrible.

Suddenly stopped working saying network problem but my connection is working perfectly. Shame cos I used & loved the app from the start.

This app does not work!!!!

It's the sort of thing that makes me want to change to Airtricity, why should I be forbidden from topping up by a tenner?

Used to be fantastic until the update which gave a choice between pay and go and monthly. App no longer connects to the network. I have cleared cache and reinstalled the app to no avail. Test an update before releasing it ;)

Liked this app a lot easy and convenient to use however has anything changed recently as getting a message saying about problem with my connectivity however my internet is working fine?.

How can you possibly warrant a minimum top up of £15!! This app and company is meant for ease of use to customers, a minimum top up that is 3 times the normal minimum is a disgrace!!

I use this app all the time it's such a no brainer and you can top up friends and family all with your little finger, ain't that cute.

Tried on Wi-Fi and 4g, both had connection error. Have been using this app for ages. It worked last week.

Uninstalled & reininstalled & STILL saying I have a network error! Not happy!!

was fine but hasn't worked in a number of weeks now It's telling me there's a problem with my connection NO THERE'S NOT because all my other apps work fine it's just the NIE App

This app has moved from being excellent to being absolutely rubbish. Not working even after uninstalling and downloading again.

I am glad it was invented. Easy to use and with "Play Top-up Code" feature!

Doesn't work anymore,keeps telling me it's my connection but it's not.

Useful and handy. Could do with option to submit a meter reading.

Glad this works properly now. It's so handy to use & easy to top up. Obviously the discount is great. Would recommend this app.

This app is great, very easy to use. Only downside is I would prefer a £5 or £10 payment option.

Its a great app to have but lower the minium to £5 it would be better

Does what it says and works everytime, no issues

I am computer illiterate and found this so easy to use. An absolute must on these cold wet days. Saved me getting soaked lol

Would love a smaller minimum or the option to use credit cards as a payment method!

Simple straight forward app. No runs to the shop on a wet night to topup.

But need to be able to top up smaller amounts

Doesn't remember account number and forgets card details even when 'store card' is ticked.

3 stars only as i dont see anywhere for history. Would like to be able to recall last code received. Otherwise great app and very handy.
