Tried it on 3 devices and all state that I'm not connected to the Internet. Funny, as I hand been connected well enough to download this waste of space!

App has never worked. Can never see bills etc even after following links on their emails. Company a nightmare to contact/respond. We are in the process of leaving and can't even get details of final bill. Would not recommend app or cooperative as a company

App seems to be for smart meter customers only. Co-op Energy are not a mobile friendly company! Their website doesn't even work for smartphones or tablets. Rang their customer services and they advised me to login with a Desktop PC... I don't even own one!!

I installed this app and I could not get my account to work, then I found that it's not a basic app that I was looking for. All I need is to check my account balance and add my meeter reading and it be nice to make an ordinary payment.
