HOW LONG COULD IT POSSIBLY TAKE TO UPDATE AN APP TO WORK?

They are supposedly coming out with an update shortly to fix the android bug

Picture is not clear after update

Works well on Apple however if you use android this app is rendered useless. The app won't allow you to take pictures from an android. The scanner works and it will allow you to take notes. That is about it

A little slow at times. Would like to stay logged in for longer than 30minutes at a time.

Can not delete entries for appraised cars on a andriod device. Been having a huge problem with pictures. Much bigger problems on andriod than apple.

since new version came out this is the worst app it's always thinking constantly having to reset my phone to be able to put cost really wish they would fix this

Garbage App. Can not open inventory. Kinda useless without it.

The app is huge pain when trying to load pictures. Will connect to WiFi and will abandon the upload. Please fix!!!!!!!

Mobile app won't load

Great and useful app when working. Lately it will not load appraisals and has been getting more and more glitchy, almost useless as of now. As well as current inventory loads multiple times showing I have 3x my current inventory. I have stopped using until it gets fixed

This was a great app that was always a go to, but now it won't show appraisal values at all. Hope that a fix is in the works.

Provides all the information need it to appraise a vehicle.

App will not load appraisals at all, is completely useless now, what is going on?

New update, allows app to work fine, still using it and testing to see, but so far there have been no issues. Thank you for fixing this problem.

Photos are low quality when taken from the app. On top of that, it vibrates whenever you take a photo, causing many photos to come out blurry. I've tried everything to turn off vibration on my end

Can't upload images at all. app just freezes. Was working fine until 2 days ago

Updated the app this week and everything functions flawlessly

Android user.. had few problems that were worked out before today's update, after, all pictures that I take are pixilated. This is a great app when it works.. WHEN IT WORKS. PLEASE FIX. I am a used car manager at a chain dealership and rely on this app to work.

Had it on iPhone. Worked great. Switched to Android and app is garbage. Slow to sync, locks and freezes, slow to process and at times have to log out and log back in. Pictures are pathetic.

Pictures come out digitized. Cannot tell any detail after last update.

Constant issues with android note 4. Always hangs after I scan vin I can turn WiFi on than right off and it loads up like it's a connection issue with the app other android phones like the 6 edge just hang up on the vin scan decoding. Please update and resolve

Not working like the iPhone app in Canada. Not sure how long we have to wait considering iPhone app has been complete for months. Blackbook not working. App is useless until this is working fully. Will change to 5 stars when everything is working for Canadians.

Constant buffering & logging me out issues! Nearly every time I appraise a vehicle the app will just sit buffer for what seems like forever before finally displaying the content. Then, on many occasions several of the indicators will not show up and I will end up having to log out and back in. The same thing is happening to all the other managers in our four dealerships. Very frustrating!

Used car Manger

I have a galaxy 5 Android and it works just fine. However there are a few things I would like to see added or improved. If you need a beta tester just let me know . overall I'm happy with the app... simplistic yet still effective

Using on galaxy note 3.My ONLY issue, is that I cannot upload photos. I try and hit the add button, but it does nothing. And I cannot pull up multiple pictures of any vehicle, only let's me access the main display photo, in the very small size. Fix and this app is A+ for me.

This app sucks. Pending uploads for days. With all the constant complaints for months just temporary why are you not handling this. What the hell are wrong with you people and this company

Can't upload pictures

Takes forever to load pics and some do not even load. Will not pull up books. Really needs a bug fix asap!!!

The app is absolute GARBAGE for an Android. I'm sick of listening to Dealertrack say there coming out with a new update that should fix the problem. So far since I've been with them they have come out with 5 updates and it still NEVER works correctly. I only get black book and car fax when I do an appraisal. Everything else says N/A. It's so frustrating because Dealertrack could obviously care less about there customers or this problem would of been fixed a long time ago. It's been about a year.

IPhone users have more up to date system. This one is significantly behind

As the internet photographer for my store, I use this app through a Samsung galaxy camera 2. It could be the ideal tool for this app as it allows instant uploading of my photos to the Internet. However, every time I snap a photo it closes the telephoto lense to show me a review and ask if I want to keep the photo. This wastes so much time that I stopped using the app. Please change the app for android devices so that we don't have to review every photo individually. It's useless until this is done.

It a getting better but still needs help. Some times it won't let you pick trim levels and put in appraisal. Picture taking seems to load on my phone memory instead of just the app.

This app does not refresh you lose information constantly

This app on an android is complete trash!! Always logging you out and pending photos even on wifi. The development team needs to get their stuff together .
