The app works pretty well over all, but it takes too many steps to complete a reservation. My CC is stored, so why do I need to verify my payment every time and also enter my CC security code. At least three steps could be saved here. see uber app

The one drawback is the inability to apply an existing reservation. Our company uses a travel service to make reservations, and no where in this app can you put in a reservation number to find and/or access the reservation.
