NOT user friendly at all. As I downloaded it and input my details, it kept telling me that I need to set a PIN for my account (even though it's not marked as required), and whenever I entered it I was told it was an "Invalid PIN". That said, it nowhere states what makes up a "valid" pin, and hence even though I tried multiple times with multiple entries I still could not set up a pin, meaning that I could not use the app at all (since I could not create an account) - rendering it practically useless.

I've used it during a biz trip after office hours. eCabs is very fast and precise service. Cost reasonable and competitive. To be improved into the app is the GPS and family service for more than 4 people which is outside of the app.

Great app to book cabs in Malta. They are cheap and always on time. It would be good though to have a view of the most used locations/addresses to make it simpler.

Worst cause you need to insert the address manually (GPS position is not mentioned) how can the pretend a tourist insert the address manually?? Please update and Italian translation is not so good.

I've in installed reinstalled etc etc and still get the error please call Ecabs . When i call to advise about the problem im told its my phone not the app. Strange how it's the only app which doesn't work. My phone is a galaxy s5.

I'm not going to lie, I haven't used the app to book a cab yet, I usually just use the website. I was out in Valletta the other day and I didn't know the address but needed to book a cab home. I downloaded the app thinking I could use my phones GPS. However this feature isn't available on the app, and it's really poor that it's not available. Please please please add this feature. I'm not the only one with this complaint.

I hate that I have to enter my details before I can go anywhere. All I wanted to know is bloody prices from point a to point b. Uninstalled

Never had any problem, all the drivers I've met were really friendly with advices, suggestions and any information. Punctuality at it's best. Thanks to the ecabs family for the best of services :)

Local app with many languages and maltese doesn't exist . Ok English everyone should know but maltese is our language !!

It's not possible to use if you phone number has 7 digits. It says 'Missing or invalid fields' when you try to save data on 'My details' tab. It's silly limitation!

The staff and phone operators are professional and patient. They are always on time and text you for booking confirmations.They also call you when the taxi arrives.The prices are extremely reasonable too.The only downfall is that the app is slow and should be upgraded. Other wise, keep it up!!

The app works flawlessly. And eCabs will send you an SMS when taxi is approaching.

This app can no longer retrieve the price or save my information, it use to be good but now it no longer works.
