Quick respond from customer service after feedback the apps not respond. But too bad recently the reward is totally not attractive, all bout the service especially the service only available at KL, not valid for northern area. The attractive rewards like gsc, tgv, parkson, aeon, hnm all disppeared. I suggest the 3x points retail shop can include in the reward list, it is more attractive than the rewards now. I almost lost interested to use this apps if the reward list no improve and more strict rules and restrictions.
It showed no history found and not able to load the stores etc. Uploaded 3 receipts on 02/04 but all can't be found now and prompted me that i have no snaps before while i have earned some points already. Trying to upload another 20mins ago but it failed and prompt error to contact administrator. Have sent message to your admin. Please check & update.
MANIS gave us 1 point for IDR. 3000. I personally think that maybe MANIS could recalculate the money that left uncounted. I mean, for example, we spent IDR. 25,000 and we would earn 4 points, but there is still 1000 left. If only, if only, MANIS would save the leftover (lol) and count them in the next snapping, that would be veryyyy generous of you
Been using this app for more than a week now. Lately I had difficulties in uploading my cropped bill pics. Either the upload screen keep loading or my phone screen become black out except the time & battery indicator on the top. Even after I update the app, it's still happening over & over again. Big no
After using this app about 1week later. The recent update totally wipe out all pending receipt I summit today. history part totally empty said I didn't snap any receipt. How can this happen. History and pending snapped receipt should remain no matter what. What you want me to do now. Today I been shopping few places. All product purchased in high value. Now all pending receipt gone and the receipt have to snap in the same day. I am so DISAPPOINTED. Please fix it.
Every time after I snap a picture, while it's loading to crop the picture, it jumps back to either the "write down the price" page or the "start to snap photo page". Am really frustrated! Just to snap one picture, took my like 5 mins! please fix this bug or wtv u call it :v it was working just fine before the update!
When ur points are too many, they will try to reject your future receipt uploaded with message "too blur etc" with no question asked . Perhaps manis expecting people will fed up and ingored the point they have collected. When starting collecting point, i was excited but not not..
It's really a headache to upload receipts within 24 hours. From 48 hours they reduced to 24, which is like a daily chore. It's gotta be something so attractive about their redemption vouchers but I haven't seen any worthy yet. Now even worse, from 24 hours they enforced to same day transaction. Seriously guys, not worth your time snapping and in exchange the redemption vouchers are no longer attractive.
After I updated the app, I lost all my snap history and all of the points . I tried to refresh, it's still the same situation. My points already collected more than 5000, but now I just left 500 without any reason. Fix it please. ---------- Hi, the problem is not fix yet. I still cannot get back all my points!!! Please give me back all my efforts and time spent!
This app used to be good, they accepted my receipts during a 24-hour period but that has now changed, and I'm forced to upload my receipts on the same day. Not everyone has the time to snap receipts throughout the day, especially on the same day. They should review this move and hopefully revert back to the 24-hour period.
Terrible app. The receipts sometimes got approved, but sometimes it was being rejected even though both receipts are from the same merchant. Just simply because the amount spent is big so you pay more attention to scrutinize the receipt ?
Chat ke admin mengenai problem di apps ini, but NO RESPON.. struk pun direject, katanya violates, tp di notif katanya melebihi limit upload hari ini, sdgkan upload aja baru sekali, dan direject pula, chat ke admin pun zonk.. no respon...
Hi manis, I've been an active user for quite some time and have redeemed few vouchers from u.. Now I miss the rewards last time like gsc, Tesco, h&m, kfc, parkson cash vouchers,rather than nowadays using so many points redeeming a not so useful thermometer, mask, or car charger... Hope to get back the cash voucher reward style
it started with snap receipt with 48 hours and know become 24 hours and last it show only will proceed faster if u upload at midnight. If your receipt amount less that Rm50 it will app dastardly and if your receipt in big amount *ops! something wrong with if receipt* they will reject u.
It's so weird, i bought some stuff at giant twice at the same date and i capture it with manis and the one is approved but the other one said "the transaction is not at the same date" that's so weird. This incident happen twice at diffrent store. Ps: i have already look the image and the date on the picture show clearly
After the new update, if the receipt are being reject from the same merchant twice, it will state you are upload more than two per day. It was not being accepted and the points is not being record what, why still reject? Really cant figure out why this system so dumb. Please amend this back to previous one.
This APP is a SCAM. Redeemed a voucher and emailed them as in procedure, had to constantly email and get updates on delivery. Had been 3 months and I havent got any voucher yet. 50000pts gone. PLEASE BE AWARE!!
They changed their policy forcing us to upload our receipt the same day. It shows how sincere they are in rewarding us for our spending. If Manis cannot afford to give out so many points, don't create the app at the first place.
Sometimes the apps is taking such a long time to verify cropped receipts. More annoyed when it keeps failed to upload it. Also, some receipts that i have not been uploaded but it failed on me and notify that "it has been uploaded before" when it hasn't. It's disappointing although i sincerely value this apps functions.
Apps itself have alot of problem and the rewards is getting unattractive . I still prefer the previous parkson voucher. I'm so sorry for the quit of using this because I just think all this effort is not worth to claim only few bucks of food voucher
I'm from Indonesia .Maybe this apps not working good at my country. And the person in charge in my country is cheating us. And make so many reason to rejected our receipt. If you want the best for your apps please review you crew in Indonesia. Thanks
when submitting, the loading process often are not shown and takes long time. it's confusing, the receipt is already submitted or not. often delay to submit the receipt again next time, but when forget, the receipt is rejected because not on the same date anymore. please improve your system
I'm a points and discount hunter, but a programme with little redemption options and strict receipts redemption rule has deterred me away. They strictly enforce 24hrs upload of the receipt. After you have come back from your shopping you'd be tired with packing the stuff away etc. Next day you may have other things to do and may only got time to do it in the evening. My receipts got rejected cause I passed the 24 hrs mark by only 30min. Additionally, the redemption is not very good, some redemptions are the free services the retailer offer to new customers anyway. So I'm quitting this unless they lax on the receipt redemption period.
Too many unclear terms and conditions, unconsistent approval, server down many times. Not worth it your time to snap n upload every receipts and get rejected in the end
I been using this for a few month, and I love it. Now. NO. At 1St the receipt need to be within 24hours, but now if ur receipt is yesterday is not approve anymore. Mostly I shop at night then I upload the receipt next morning. This apps been changing and changing the policy, until I really dislike it. Is so confusing. I going to uninstall it. Not recommend at ALL
System after updated keep make trouble. Loading and loading after crop my receipt. Voucher for East Malaysia never improve. Manis always ask me stay tune. But I have been wait for almost 2 to 3 months already. Feel disappointed. I have collected 20k points but cannot redeem anything. Not everyone need to redeem those prepaid card. Please improve this.
The app always hang and always have prob submitting cropped image. Sometimes receipt rejected due to ridiculous reasons. Apart fm that there's not much choices for redemption!
This so called universal loyalty points app tries it's best not to grant u the points and keep reducing the hours window to allow u to snap. Rewards come with so many conditions. Such insincere reward program. Definitely can give this a pass
Hi Manis Encountered weird remark n causing the receipt unable to upload issues around couple of weeks. After re-installed, still encountered the same issue. Some receipts has not been uploaded due to this issue. Please refer to attachment that i sent to maxis chat box and investigate. Appreciated if you could solve it shortly.
Not sure why,but this app is somehow abusing my Bluetooth.It cause my Bluetooth drain battery very fast. I am sure about this. I have tried this 3 times and I got the same result . Bluetooth was draining battery,but after I uninstalled this app. The draining problem is gone. And then I reinstalled,and the problem come again. Just for reference, I am using OnePlus 2 with Oxygen 3.5.8
Hai Manis. I have try redem 8000points for 100,000 MC Donald voucher. However when I enter phone no and address and u have deduct my points. Till now I have not received any MC Donald Voucher. And I have try contact by chat. U told me 3-4days. Till now no answer. We took the time to snap and input data in Manis app. Eventually no rewards given as its invalid... very disappointing...
Impose more and more annoying rules for collect points and redeem, nothing much to redeem anyway after collected points. No inform on reciept reject. Slow response app. Slow approval makes your reciept expired and not possible for resubmittion. All you will get when you complain will be cold standard response and expect everyone will forget about your complain somehow.
I think the new policy of upload the receipt by 11:59pm on the same day is not a realistic policy. Given 2 days like previously is still the best way to go. Manis should improve user experience but not go backward.
Recommend! However, there was a few times that I encounter receipts were rejected as stated "date was incorrect " but when I double checked, it stated clearly and I have key in the correct date according to receipt.. Wasted a few hundred points :(
first i sign up, i write the phone number but there's an error.. so i went back to the first.. but when i was success to the next step (fill name, email, etc), it's said my number already exist.. why? please fix it
Today I can't upload any receipt pictures and it not able to load everything .just done shopping and spend over so much money. decided to upload pictures but unable to load the app.. I'm so disappointed.
The apps always reject the invoice with high value amount by using unrealistic reason (the invoice is blur, the invoice should be stamped by Company's stamp and should be stamped by paid stamp). This condition is not clearly stated in T&C! Even the approval process for high value invoice is quite long (could take 3 days or even more)! But for invoice with small invoice amount it will be approved only in a couple hours. The cust. service is not helpfull at all when we complaining about the rejected invoice!
Not worth waste time on this apps. This apps so lousy and not friendly enough, reward so cheapskate, assistant reply damn slow, sometine even no reply msg.
I am unable to upload any receipts after the new update. The app notifies me to contact your support everytime I want to upload. Please fix this ASAP and also update your redemptions section with more attractive deals.

It's a good apps but it seems lacking in the way to redeem the points. I want to redeem my points with mobile top-up but it didn't turn out well. When I insert my mobile phone number for the conformation code, you guys didn't even send the code. I tried it for 4-5 times already but it seems doesn't work out well. Please fix it :(
