نسعى لأن يكون للمجلس دور ريادي في احتواء الشباب فيصبح العقل الذي يخطط لنجاحاتهم واليد التي تتلمس احتياجاتهم واللسان الذي يطالب بحقوقهم والعين التي تكتشف مواهبهم والأذن التي تصغي لمشكلاتهم.



الرؤية :

أن يكون المجلس حاضناً لجميع شباب المنطقة ، وملبياً لنداءاتهم الفكرية ، ومساهماً في تنمية قدراتهم ، ومستثمراً لطاقاتهم ومطوراً لها في سبيل بناء وخدمة الوطن.
