Filing a claim for any eligible health care or dependent care expense doesn’t get any easier than this. Complete a few lines on a simple form, upload your receipt using your phone’s camera and tap “Submit.” My Mobile Account Assistant makes filing claims smart, simple, secure and mobile!

You can review your current Account Balances at any time, whether you elect the BESTflex Plan Health Care or Dependent Care FSAs, Limited Health Care FSA or have an Individual Billed Premium Account. If you participate in the EBC HRA, you can view your current EBC HRA balances for any of your coverage types.
Your claims Payment History is available for viewing, too!

Got my new card and it says download the app, but my letter doesn't contain userid or password so I would need to New user link to work but it doesn't. Would have been so convenient if this actually worked.

It won't let me set up an account on the app. When I tap on "don't have a Web account" it does nothing. When I go to the website to set up an account, I won't accept my email address because it doesn't match their records when they just sent me an email from that address

It worked well the first time I used it. No longer get notifications and it doesn't let me know when I need to submit documentation or allow me to.

This app used to be awesome. Now it isn't showing me the Benny card transactions that need documentation. Back to using the computer which is extra steps. Please update!!

Not a good app. If it isn't crashing, it tells me I can't use the date chosen for filing claims. The only useful thing on this is to check my balance and reference claims.

I tried this to easily upload documentation to send for verification of a bill I paid with my card. When I clicked on the upload documentation button, nothing happened.

Working OK so far. But only allows you to send one image at a time. If there are multiple pages in a bill, you need to wait for the office to clear them, one at a time. Already annoying to have to send the paperwork, this limitation is unnecessary.

Love the ease of uploading receipts and claims but just recently it crashes when taking a photo of receipt from the app. I need to take a photo from camera then open app and attach it that way. Still works but much more work. Simplicity was nice before. Help and fix!

Why can't I submit more than one receipt for a transaction involving my Benny card? I have multiple receipts that add up to the total and I cannot submit all the receipts!! That's a major flaw and needs to be fixed.

Was able to download the app. Home page looked similar to the one online. Was able to access site using same login as I use for computer. Options on app are not the same and when I clicked every option it would say there is no information. Looks like the 2 systems are not communicating now. Would be nice to have on phone but can live without.
