MySync for Android
The box for the ELITE clearly states it's compatible with select android devices running 4.3 and later. But website says ELITE isn't compatible with android devices... It's unfortunate that they have to lie to get people to purchase the products.
I went and bought 2 of these pieces of junk and downloaded this sorry excuse of an app just to find one device isn't compatible anymore (Elite) and the other won't even sync to the app (Elite+) The app and equipment are plain JUNK! Don't waste your time or hard earned money on this crap....
Can't find where or how to change date. Why do you sell an item that does not work. I paid 50.00 dollars for nothing. Not a happy camper. You should give refunds, or replace items. But, I'm sure this is not in the rip off plan. Will never buy again.
I have the Spot Activity Tracker and I've spent the last 2 days trying to get it to sync properly to the app on my phone with NO LUCK!!! I'm glad I only spent $5 on it at a yard sale...and now I see why. My phone has all the requirements and still doesn't do what it's supposed to. If you're looking to get anything from these people DON'T DO IT!!! Waste of time and (more importantly) money!!
Bought it at Wal-Mart no wonder it was on clearance. It won't sync. Try about 30 time. Said it was Android compatible but lied.
It was on clearance for 5.00$. The best 5 buck I have ever spend. I'm back to say I see why it was so cheap, because the battery doesn't last. I won't be buying this item again.
Don't like doesn't connect to My Fitness Pal.. Not worth the money.. Waste of money don't even except as a gift.. Doesn't allow you track calorie intake. I only gave it one star to have this posted..
Wildly inaccurate (example: it says I got 9 hours sleep last night, waking up at 7:30, when I woke up at 5:30 and it's only 5:45 right now). Also, the watch loses time if not synced regularly. A waste of money.
Love this unit. It has been such a great asset to my health and measure of my walking.

I purchased it last night and can't get it to sync to my phone. I've tried it 20 times. Guess I'll be returning it
When my phone got factory reset I redownloaded the app or tried to and it said I couldn't use the same email address so I lost all my activities. Only given a 1 because I had to start over......
Like device and app great job on the previous fixes my boyfriend loves it

It worked perfectly when I first got it in July. Now after the last update the app just does not load any of my information. It sync fine says it's 100% complete but never loads. It used to sync all information since my last sync but not anymore. This app sucks. Just Uninstalled the app and reinstall and it sync ok. But I hope I don't have to keep doing that. I will update in a week. 1/10/16 had to Uninstall and reinstall again because it wouldn't sync. Ugh. 1/17/176 had to uninstall and reinstall again
I can only hope people review here first. Don't waste your money on the WeGo trackers, their app can't handle it. You'll either be uninstalling/reinstalling and/or having to clear the apps data & cache daily. Spend the extra $10 and get a globally known brand. Update: its a shame they can't get the app to work. Now uninstalling for the last time and getting a tracker that has the ability to track my info.
Some lawyer needs to make some money of this company, their product does not work! I think everyone that bought this product deserves a full refund. their product is a scam as evidenced by all other reviews. I have the same issues as the rest. What is the point of having a digital counter if I have to log my distance and steps on a notebook?
Its worthless now since you changed the app. Do something about it rather then give us lip service on the phone. I'm sure you have the technology to remedy the problems if you don't want to lose the many people who are so disgruntled. Not everyone has one of your fancy phones. If you can't remedy the situation then put the old app back in place.
I bought a couple months ago, used the app and it was working fine. After recent update no longer works. Contacted support and they told me it was never compatible with my phone. OK then why was it working before. Don't buy these devices, don't download app! Bad devices, so so app and horrible customer service!!!!!
I got the hybrid + for Christmas. The tracker works great. The app BLOWS! I have to uninstall it and reinstall it everyday. Works great for 1 day, then dumps all of the previous days information and gets stuck at 100% sync when trying to sync the current day. This device is useless without the app. I have an LG running the most current version of droid os. Fix this problem!!!
Can ANYONE who developed this app fix it?? When everyone has to reinstall the app daily just to sync their data, obviously there's a huge problem. I would've never bought the Hybrid+ if I had read the reviews for this app first.
Even after the so called fix, still won't sync 4 out of 10 times. Called customer service and there response was that I should return the unit if I didn't like uninstalling and rebooting 2-3 times a day.
I've had it for 3 months. I love the pedometer but could not get the app to sync. I tried it a few days ago and I am holding my breath as it has worked for the last 3 days. I am now disapointed with the reports - they just provide one day at a time - no weekly/monthly progress tracking. Hope they fix that as well some day.
Not happy, the app and elite+ will sync for a few days then it just stops. I haven't been able to get it to sync for 2 days and it's frustrating. Not to mention it never tracked my sleep. I was avoiding buying an expensive fitbit but I guess you get what you pay for.
Syncing only works once a day before I have to uninstall and redownload the app because syncing stalls every time after the first. It's obvious to me after reading all the other reviews that this is a problem that won't be fixed any time soon. Very disappointing. Edited on 126: Now I have to uninstall and reinstall this app at least twice a day for it to work! FIX THIS!!!!
Won't sync, cannot find just the elite model in the choosing part of it all I'm offered is elite+. Fixing to just take back to Wal-Mart. Life is too short for this frustration.
I bought my hybrid+ in March and it was great. Then all of a sudden I've started having all the synching problems. What's the point if I have to manually track everything w/o the app support? Like others....fix the app and it will be a 5★ product.
I like it a lot. I sync daily. But at least once a week it crashes. It will stop at 100% synced and never exit the syncing. The only fix is to unintelligible then reinstall so I lose all my saved info. Fix that and it will be a good app. Now, nearly 2 weeks later, I have to uninstall it every other day! REALLY!!!! FIX IT!!!!!!
The device seems to work great. .. the app stinks. My husband and I both bought one... can't keep the app synced, same problem as others, have to Uninstall and reinstall every day. Please figure out what the problem is, this is so discouraging!!
Its still not letting me sync. And not letting me change my calories and miles per day. Its not showing that option on my phone to be able to click it. I can see say calories and miles but its at very bottom of the screen but the part that I can see won't let me change it.
I downloaded the app only to find that my device along with others are not supported by the app!! Why make an app that doesn't support All of your products?!! Especially when the device needs the app to work properly.
I have had the same problems as everyone else. The app is great for the first couple times, then have to uninstall, no one has time to keep doing that. Very disappointed I paid 50 dollars for this. All I want it for is to track my steps and sleep. Now I'm stuck with it and can't take it back.
Can't use the app or device if it fails to connect. Useless and a complete waste of my time and money. My real star response is ZERO stars! But as it's not an option...one star will have to suffice...
I was so excited that I was able to afford a bracelet like the Fitbit like everyone else has said it does not sync very good I figured a way that helps it without installing the app you need to charge it more often and then it will work please figure out a way to fix this problem
Your web site needs to be much more definitive. Frustrating for me to use. I gave up several times in the past. Lots of guessing where to go to join. I stumbled around until I finally managed to join.

Maybe I'm just stupid but I cannot figure out how to sync to any of the map my apps. I like the device but not real happy with the app. Today it showed me in deep sleep from 6 to 6:30 a.m. I was at work
