EatStreet Food Delivery App

I ordered food at 345pm was told by the app that the food would arrive in 1 hour. 2 hours later I called the restaurant and was told they would call eat street to figure out what was going on. An hour later I called back and they still didn't have my order, I was told to call eat street. Eat street did charge my card at 345. When I called eat street I told them what happened and was told I would receive a refund. When I said I wanted to make a complaint about the restaurant sense it is now almost 7 pm and I haven't eaten, I was told ok the woman went quiet and about 20 seconds later just hung up on me.

Easy to use. Earn free meals and deals...how can you go wrong!!!

Honestly a truly amazing food app. I wish it had more support from other restaurants around the country because I would use eat street more than any other app to find food when I travel.

Amazing app , very easy to use and thair customer service is great.also is very easy to reach their help center, unlike other similar apps. I am very happy with this app over all.

This is a very convenient way to order food efficiently and with detailed ordering. We like the reward system! It will be excellent as more restaurants become available.

Driver delivered the food to another location, lost the food, or something. Regardless the restaurant had to remake my food and deliver it after 2 hours from my original order time.

It's easy to use, order places where you can't order offline and all. Makes it so much easier to get food delivered to you

Everything about this app is great, although there aren't alot of restaurants that use it in my area.

This works well, especially when you tend to order the same items. It remembers your orders and any prep instructions you add.

Works well most the time but sometimes the restaurants menu won't sync up 100percent with the app.

Only two restaurants near me?

App itself is good but deliveries of orders via EatStreet are almost always late well past the delivery window. Often the food arrives cold. In comparison, GrubHub orders typically arrive closer to the earlier end of the delivery window and often beat the estimates.

This app just frustrated me into cooking my own dinner. Every time I chose a place to order from, it would ask me to Re enter my address, at which point it would tell me that I'm outside of the delivery area... so what is the point of entering my address in the search bar to begin with, if you're going to keep presenting me with options that aren't actually available to me?

The app is user friendly, gives coupons, and makes a menu easy to navigate. The only negative is the selection isn't on par with how many places delivery around me. I understand that may be because of the businesses themselves, but I'd like to see more options in my area. Great app all around though!

So far I am very impressed! I have only used this app 2 or 3 times so far, but the service seems fast, prices reasonable, and user interface is pleasant. I have far more food options with this app than I do with Grubhub, and my food doesn't come cold and soggy like it does with Order Up.

Pretty easy to use. Only issue is sometimes extras aren't coded in, and you end up having to add stuff in the comments/special requests box. The restaurants apparently can't adjust the charge for extras when added that way, which leads to not getting what you wanted, or having to find cash to pay the difference.

A little clumsy to order from a restaurant that you know about. But if you're new to an area and use the location portion of the app it works great to show you which restaurants will deliver or they do take out with you.

Perfect for when no one can decide on one specific place. You can just order from all of them and you don't have to make a lot of annoying calls. Just open the app and everything that delivers to you is right there. Awesome.

I've been using Eat Street since it was introduced in my area, but I work late hours. Now, with the app I can order from work and get food right after I get home! So convenient!

I would use a service that hired its own drivers. The restaurant took my order and payment through the app. Two hours later I call only to realize they ignored it because it came through an app.

Easy to use, UI layout perfect for ne1 to jump and start ordering. Only knock is they need more restaurant options. But that is more function off my location possibly.

Edit - people who give this app a low rating because of mistakes the RESTAURANT made deserve to be ignored. That irritates me immensely.. You should have critical thinking skills if you are allowed to rate apps. If not it's not a fair process when peole who can't think clearly rate on things that have NOTHING to do with the app. Anyway, easy to order also very fast to respond if a mistake was made. Once a place came up by accident that said they would deliver to my area but they wouldn't. Within the hour my charge was refunded and i got a huge discount on my order. I just wish more restaurants came up. My town is small but we have a billion restaurants..That is my only gripe

Really convient and easy to use. The only downside is that the menus don't have a lot of detail about the dishes, but this isn't too much of an issue for places that I order from frequently.

Easy to order. Gives me good coupons. Let me track my order, I have 3 dogs that hate the door bell.

Decent app and service but it is not counting my orderds towards the rewards they offer. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

Constantly lets me order from restaurants outside their delivery area without telling me. Then 10 minutes later I get a call from the restaurant telling me I'm out of their delivery zone and they are cancelling my order.

Terrible order placement process. Glitchy and will send payment but not the order to the restaurant. What is the point of the app if I have to call the restaurant anyway?!
