cannot now see any menus when kitchen is closed.
Menu selection had become very limited with constantly repeating meals. Availability has become scarce. Meal quality has gotten worse
Easy, fast, clear response.
Friend sent me over, I signed up online before adding the app and there is no way to add the referral code...just bad workflow mgmt
Crashed everytime when I tried to sign in
They need to have things available everywhere. Even small towns. I live in mattoon and it says it's not available here... I was honestly looking forward to this but I guess not. Thanks sprig, you suck.
I use this app to deliver to multiple locations and many times a week. It works marvelously and the food is better than I have found for any comparable delivery. Delivery is often less than 15 minutes
Delivery service was good. Can improve texture of both chicken and gobi and don't make aloo gobi mushy. Chicaken Tikka masala gravy tastes good but chicken is not tasty looks like it was not cooked in gravy but just added at the end.
The food is good, but I'm unable to finish setting up my profile, enter a delivery address, or edit my credit card info. There is also no way, from the app, to delete my account. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Fought with it for 40 minutes. I'm done.
On Android N beta and "unable to connect to the kitchen" for close to two weeks. I either need to order using a browser or (more common) give up on my order
I'm impressed
Keep it 100% organic & local
This is the best service around. Ordering was easy. Unlike some other food services you can easily see where you server is. That means rather than waiting for a call I know when to meet my server to get my order. Oh and the FOOD. Wow! Just ordered from the brunch menu. Great tasting food that satisfies! No need to wait forever at a restaurant just order restaurant quality food from Sprig. I will use this again and tell everyone I know.
the food has been alright, most of the time the presentation is a bit off putting.. it's usually just piled into a really sweaty thick paper box. my main gripe though it's that just about every meal that i check has onions. my stupid stomach can't handle onions. please occasionally add an option that doesn't have onions.
Sprig is the worst. The last two times I ordered the estimate for delivery was 20 to 25 min. And yet 55 minutes later the delivery is still "Being Prepared" while the 5 min estimate held steady for a solid 25 minutes. The last time I called twice and both times they told me 10 to 15 minutes longer, causing me major schedule inconveniences. I finally cancelled the last order. What a joke. GrubHub and Seamless can deliver in that amount of time from almost ANY restaurant. Radish always makes it in 20 min.
I understand a good photo of delicious food = more orders. But it just makes me feel angry and duped that the food never looks like the image. And 80% of the time, it never does. Instead it's usually thrown together in a mush, or contains a much higher proportion of the filler ingredients over the featured ingredients.
The food is quite good, delivery is like magic 90% of the time. The app itself, though, runs through a startup screen _every time you open it_, which is quite annoying when you're going to be checking on the status of a delivery several times for each meal. It's beautiful, but this part of the experience feels really slow and painful. This review would be 4-5 stars without this issue. It was nice for the devs to respond with an explanation (that the extra loading time is needed to check for menu availability). However, only a minimal amount of data (like a handful of bits) is required to update the UI after it's been loaded for any given meal. A bit of smart UX/UI would allow the user to browse items or check status of their order without waiting 5-10s every time.
3 FREE DELIVERIES! Use GAMACHEDTQ Get 3 FREE DEVLIERIES (best deal for Sprig right now) with the code GAMACHEDTQ.
Free 1st Order Promo Doesn't Work
It would be nice if they ever actually had food to deliver. Constantly being out of your product by noon each day is unacceptable. You've lost me Sprig.
I can't sign in my buttons are where that option is. So instead of me clicking to sign in it thinks I want to return to my homepage.
Food is great and fresh but the app keeps "not connecting to the kitchen"
Love all the animations and transitions. Food came really fast
Everything about the experience, food and all is meh
Cant connect to kitchen
Delicious, extremely fast delivery, big portions!
Awesome

Ok, the food is great and the service better but the app (even as elegant as it is) needs a lot of work. The basic GPS mapping and geolocation middleware is broken. Shows my accurate location on order but drivers circle for 10 mins every time because on their view my place is a half mile away! Thus begins the forever "4 mins" ETA post ending with a driver apologizing profusely and arriving at the wrong door. How often? A dozen times per month.
It's like they never tested this thing at all. Facebook login crashed app twice, had to register manually, not a huge deal, but frustrating. The big thing is that it also won't let me add my address, the button just stays disabled. That's required to make a purchase... Not sure what's going on. Shoutout to the design/art team though. The aesthetic is very pleasing to look at.
Food was great, service prompt, rotating menu solves the boring takeout dilemma.
The reason I gave that up two stars is because they're always sold out when they have food that looks good but they rarely have food
Always sold out and if there is food you won't get it because in the 1 minute window you have to checkout it will be too late by the time you click the button. You need to fix your supply issue or just give up.
But please remove the ultra delayed splash screen every time I open the app to wonder how far away the delivery person is. Also would be better with a persistent ETA notification once the order is placed
Enjoyed the meal and the dessert, good deal
Meals are good but app crashes often
I received a nice coupon in my mailbox, downloaded the app to try it out and it tells me they don't deliver in my area...Looks like the Sprig marketing team is completely disconnected from the reality of ground operations. Will use Grubhub, thanks
Not letting me save my address for delivery
Soooo good.

The only thing is I can't find how to remove an item from the cart
