Worst app

App doesn't work after installation. If called to customer care it says wrong no. Landing page itself not working.

The app shows it has not been updated since 15th December. Haven't placed an order for sometime. Are you guys still operational?

Gave a try today ...after an hour I hear from them that they don't serve my office area (Sakra Hospital). I didn't get any update from them till I gave a call the second time. The lady who answered keeps disconnecting the phone just like that, I suggest she gets trained on telephone etiquettes before handling customers. Thumbs down Eatlo!

I was blown away when i ordered food from Eatlo for the first time. The curries and the salad came inside a microwave resistant container which was boxed (like a cake box) along with plastic utensils and the plastic used was of good material. Exploring the box, to my surprise i found tissues, mouth freshners and salt. Now thats what I call a customer service, baby! Coming to the food now....it was mediocre but yet hygienic. Yes, I will order food from here next time as the menus keep changing.

The app is simple the food is pathetic .. Cold and hard .. Felt like I am eating some stored food.. At least don't say fresh food guys

firstly thanks for replacing food chicken stroganoff was not cooked properly and it was tasting very bad,next i got jalfrezi with paranthas. it was just OK bcoz 1. photo was showing with coriander leaves topping and looking great. it was matching ur item. 2. quantity must be little more of gravy no doubt on packing and delivery speed , its really thums up give u 3 stars

This is so very disappointing.. I have starved because of you guys . Its been over 1.5 hours and the order is not here yet !!! i have called ur delivery boy number of times and he keeps on giving reasons,.. This is the worst experience ever. Please stop ur business if u cant cater to people's needs and starve them.

I'm connected to a WiFi connection and I still can't locate my delivery location. Kindly fix your app

They don't deliver on time. Its either late or sometime they don't deliver at all.

This aap is really amazing, I can get food delivered to my doorstep any time. Because of my odd working hours I order lunch a little late like at 3:30 or sometimes 4pm and even at that time they deliver really well cooked,hot and delicious food. Thanks Eatlo team for coming up with great idea and wish you a lot of success ahead.

Cant login through the app. Keeps returning the error "phone number already exists". Whatsapp support button doesnt work.

Its been a month I have been using the app and I have been ordering almost everyday from these guys. The app is perfect for anyone who plans to order tasty and healthy food daily. The menu is generally 7-8 items long which keeps on rotating daily which helps me order in less than a minute. The packing and delivery is also very nice I have got the delivery in 15 - 20 mins most of the times. Looking forward to dinner to be available in BTM area and monthly subscription options too from you guys.

Delivery was quick ,didn't take more than 30 mins,packaging was very impressive and Food was perfect in taste . One thing please add online payment option.

Little, dirty and cold food. Poor service. Late delivery. Totally hated it. Gave 1 star because couldn't give 0.
