Eat Lift Sleep - Workout Log for Android
Fear of deletion. But loving it so far. How do I get to the graphs? I love allows custom and notes just like a paper.
Not too bad, but it infuriates me every time I try to update the reps completed the app stops working... By now this should have been fixed
Just need to record my customized work out and keep track of my progress. Got it all programmed in and now just need to start trying it. Will update after a time.
I'm testing it again. This was my favorite app. Easy and can create a workout plan for the week. I will update to 5 stars if it works correctly.
Been using it for a year. Perfect for keeping record of my lifts especially with the backup feature.
Couldn't have found a better app. I needed an app that could track my progress by SPECIFIC exercise, date, weight and that would also show me my progress on the same page without having to run back into menus all the time. Most other apps were so complicated and bloated with unnecessary features. This wonderful app also allows you to go back to a previous date and add a workout (your workout date doesn't necessarily have to start with the date you first started using the app)
Worst app ever! I was excited to use it. Seemed so perfect. But it won't work right. It won't sort right. It adds a bunch of duplicates of my excersices in random orders.. and when i try sorting them, i can't scroll without also moving them around. Also it won't even save my reps.. useless junk.
I absolutely adore this app and have used it to track my progress for four months. I switched phones from the Nexus 5 to the OnePlus 2 and now after the initial settings screen, the app automatically crashes/closes everytime I open it! Any suggestions? I'd really love to continue using this app and backed up my data before I wiped my Nexus but it's unusable at the moment! Look forward to hearing back!
A little tough to figure out at first but once I got the hang out it I really liked it.
A share feature would be nice as would an online database for storing your previous workout data. The app is clean and simple and beats a pen and paper that I cant read because of my handwriting while "pumped. Wish it would work with some fitness devices like ammiigo or fitbit
Don't see anything wrong with the app.
Takes a couple times to get used to. Would be better if it carried weight over from last set and last workout.
I wish there was a little more features such as food tracking and such but i still love the app

Neat, tidy, simple. Lovely interface and most importantly gets your job done no problem. Looking forward to more updates!
This combined with MyFitnessPal will do wonders! Nice, clean and professional UI and easy to use. Thanks!
It would be nice if there was a list view of past works, and it would be good if you had the option to delete more than one exercise at once.
Exactly what I was looking for. Just a few additions would make it perfect.
Cured my cancer
Can't even figure out how to add an exercise - useless
I really like this app, lots of easy to use functions to track the workouts and transfer routines from one day / week to the next. Although I am having a small annoying problem with the calendar where it defaults to July every time I go to it and I have to scroll over to the month I need. Keep up the good work! Boom, 5 stars!
A few minor things will help make it better. 1. Desperately needs a weight / body fat / muscle mass logger. Don't want to have another app for that. 2. Calendar goes to July 2015 every time. 3. When using slider to choose weights, the set (left one) slider doesn't do anything, better to remove it. Would be better if the numbers snap into place. 4. No visual cue to know if an exercise is a part of a superset. Superset should be able to be defined in routines itself. 5. Not able to delete unnecessary exercise
All that's left to do with this app is a cloud backup system, I use this every day
One issue however is that when plotting "total volume" it uses a summation of 1 instance of the working weight for all sets (weight x 1) rather than the sum of (weight x reps) for each set. Fix this and you'll have a worthy 5 stars!
Great app. No more need to use pen and paper
Simple yet versatile. Easy to use but has many features available
This app is put together very well for logging/tracking your lifting and your progress. It's simple while having all the features/functions you would need. Well done.
My only suggestion is that it'd be sweet to see total sets and total sets per body part included in stats
A few recommendations: 1) Have the timer background change colour when it finishes. I usually have my phone on silent on the ground and it would be great if I could see the timer finish at a glance without squinting to read the numbers. 2) when going to the past log for an exercise, clocking back should bring you back to the exercise (it currently brings you back to the workout) (P.S. I know you can just swipe your way back too).
Better than a lot of the other apps out there, but the "Copy previous workout" option should be "Select workout" instead. I group my workouts in 3 Day splits, and I don't want to manually add specific exercises to each workout.
A share featuee wiuld be nice as would an online database for storing your previous workout data. The app is clean and simple and beats a pen and paper that I cant read because of my handwriting while "pumped"
Love the ability to make routines!
This combined with MyFitnessPal will do wonders! Nice, clean and professional UI and easy to use. Thanks!
So organized and easy to use!
Great app but it should be called, "Eat Lift Eat Eat Eat Eat Sleep".
Great app, exactly what I want. Only thing missing is to be able to synch with my workout partner to share workouts. 5 stars once sharing is added!

Can't wait for Pro.
Lucky to know and use this app :)
