EASYPAY Laundry

I really want to like this. It wasn't working, then it started to work again. I just tried to wash one load. Application hung 3 times. I used the manual card reader the fourth time. Now my bank shows a charge four times. There is no customer service number or link to report problems to and the store attendant can't help. There should be a check in the code to not allow payment for the same machine 3 times during a couple minutes. Now I have to come back to talk to the manager or maybe call the bank.

Get this app only if you like running around to dispute charges for washes you were never able to get working. Twice I tried to use this app. Both failures. Second time " could not process" and therefore couldn't use, only to find out later, they did indeed process the charge, without being able to use the machine. Do not bother with this app. Stick to quarters.

Tried to use on one dryer, system stalled out and charged me twice and dryer never turned on. This app is more of a gamble than a help. Do not use if you have any slight failings in connection.
