Bayit Cam

App works fairly good. Sometimes a little slow and force stops occasionally. The time zones are off and don't account for daylight savings time. I am in Central but have to use Eastern to get the correct time. A few bug fixes would be great.

I had to hard factory reset it to get it to work. It kept saying wrong password and it would not connect. After the factory reset and a manual setup it is up and running. So far, so good.

Absoultely horrible. Will be returning cameras and uninstalling app. Absolutely NO SUPPORT. NO PHONE SERVICE OR PHONE NUMBER FOR SUPPORT. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. Stay away from this app and these cameras.

Simply dreadful, all the money and talent that went into the wonderful packaging and what seems like great optical equipment only to fall flat because of the most hoaky software, we played for too long and it never connected

Only worked when plugged into my router. Waste of time and money. You get what you pay for.

Wrong password? Can't set it up because it keeps saying wrong password! This is brand new!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Worked great at first, got new internet now it won't clear to reset up and keeps saying wrong password. I've done 20 services tags and emailed the company and they will not respond. There is not way to call the company. Piss pour company.

Got one in marshalls. Liked it so much I went to get more but only found one left. Woulda got 3 more if I could.

Junk! Repeated attempts to connect via manual and WiFi set up and nothing. Do yourself a favor, use and old cell phone and download the Alfred app, it's free. I'll never buy BayIt again.

Difficult to use

Several times trying to add camera after upgrade. Wrong password keeps showing up. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE... I can see it through the Web Browser Interface so password is fine I can move the camera THIS APP NEEDS TO BE UPDATED IN ORDER TO CONNECT CORRECTLY AFTER THE FIRMWARE UPGRADE. I will try to reset to factory

If you get a message telling you to upgrade; don't do it. I upgraded my camera, and it won't work now no matter what I do. I tried the reset button half a dozen times. This device will not let you add a camera online wirelessly after the upgrade, so whatever you do don't upgrade.

The app sucks. Crashes every time I open it. Takes a long time to load. Can never view incoming alarms. It just sucks! Love the camera though.

Difficult to set up. Eventually got the 4 cameras set. Just recently they all stopped connecting. Now none work. Very annoyed.

I started with 2 and had a little hard time setting them up but then once I got it they work great, I just bought 3 more (black Friday deal) and set up 2 in under 15 minutes. I like the 2 way sound and the pan and tilt. I am not sure if I can hook up 5 cameras and the 5th one does not work when I remove the cat 5 cable.

Anyone get the "wrong password" error when trying to use the camera on a new device? I tried to hold the reset button in but nothing works. The camera is basically worthless if you get a new phone.

Don't buy this, I try so many times to installed this thing and the app crashes and to connect to Wi-Fi is a headache.

Will not load the camera in quick, manual or LAN. uninstalled and tried again 3X. Same results each time. Camera seems to work fine and sounds ok, moves around smooth. Will there be an update? Great options fur the price, imo. Just wished it worked, HELP!!!

I like the camera alot. I admit I did have issues when I swapped out my wireless router and needed to reprogram the camera. It was difficult due to lack of instructiona and the "reset" button was ver difficult to hit with a pin. It was not centered under the reset hole in the bottom. After i did a reset, it worked fine and has worked well for a couple months

Bad, bad,bad, camera worked for 10 minutes then quit. App seems ok but the camera is JUNK

This is probably the worst app for an expensive product costing over $150 per camera. Without a working app the camera is a glorified paper weight...... Called and emailed Bayit but no response....
