Worked okay for two years but is now crashing on my phone. Still works on my tablet. Have had some trouble with it and the scale finding each other but sooner or later the scale and app would find each other.

I have to force close the app otherwise the Bluetooth on my headphones or car cuts out constantly

It doesn't do anything

I like that it records my weight and syncs it with other apps. But for the last 2 weeks it crashes every time I try to look at the graph/list. So I can only see what my current weight is

This app was great up until recently. I'm not sure if there was an update or what happened, but it keeps flashing and won't load. Hopefully it gets fixed.

I bought the scale off Amazon and it would not sync to Bluetooth only works in scale mode and does not have BMI function. I wish I had looked at the rating for the app before I bought it I would have seen the negative feedback.

I shouldn't have to open the app and sync to Shealth each time I get weighed. A Widget for the Samsung Gear2 would be worth paying for.

Stopped working two updates ago and hasn't been fixed with the last three updates. Our hurry up with the updates!

Useless now. Scale is accurate and looks nice, but I bought it for its Bluetooth features that stopped working months ago. Crap.

Used to use this with my scale and now it no longer works. This has become an over priced basic scale now. Can't see any measurement besides weight.

Could not set up personal data beyond biirthday. Never connected.

The app barely works it likes to lose all it's data randomly. It also only finds the scale when it feels like it

Easy to use and accurate!

I don't exactly know why others are giving so much crap about this app. It works fine, never crashed on me and shows fairly accurate reading. The bone density is a bit off though 2.2 lbs? I think not. But other than that the bmi is accurate. Body fat I am not too sure it kinda varies.

The scale may be the culprit. The app at times doesn't transmit all the measurements. It doesn't matter because no app that I know of has uses for all the measurements except the weight. Keep the good effort to better the app. While you're at it, throw in support for the Microsoft Band. Thanks!

The last update deleted everything I had except my last weigh in. The newest update just doesn't ever sync data with bluetooth. It still reads as a bluetooth device, but doesn't work together to send the info to my phone so I can no longer see my bodyfat.

This app is terrible. I have a very hard time getting it to sync and when I do, it only receives weight and BMI info, no water, bone, etc. And, it doesn't calculate weight accurately. I checked my weight on this scale and a conventional scale to see if there was a difference, and the difference varied between a half pound to a pound. Therefore the scale is worthless to me. Will be returning it ASAP. Shouldn't be this difficult to get accurate measurements

For the past week or so I have been unable to look at my previous entries. Clicking on the button to do so leads me, 100% of the time, to a "easyhome scale has stopped responding." This crash effectively makes this scale and app completely useless. I'm rather irritated as I gave this company the benefit of the doubt on the scale itself (which works well).

Info doesn't save, deletes itself. Bathroom scale selection won't sync readings between scale and app. Nicely built scale but most people purchasing this are looking for the info from the app, without it this is just an overpriced scale. Hurry developers and get this corrected if you want to get and keep customers or at least reply to all these negative reviews.

The app was very poor to begin with, but it has recently deleted all of my history and has completely ceased communicating with the scale. No amount of reinstalling/resyncing/fiddling will allow it to read data from the scale any more. Without the app, this scale isn't any more useful than a much cheaper, dumber scale.

I was really impressed with the scale when I got it. It is built, looks good and is very nice. Conversely, the app is horrible. Its not user friendly, not accurate, and is difficult to understand. Fix the app and get 5 stars.

Doesn't connect correctly, as soon as the app tries to send data it disconnected from the device. I pulled out my old Droid DNA the app worked fine.

Awesome scale but app failed to connect. Update. 5/2/16. Stand on the scale, open app, tap tools, then tap connected insecure and then look for the Bluetooth connection for the scale and that will initiate the reading to the app!!

I updated my note 5 to marshmallow and this is the only app that will not work since the update. The app will open but will not connect to scale. Please help and fix!

App is a bit clunky, but it always works and I haven't lost any data so I feel lucky after reading other reviews. Measurements look accurate to me.

Does not automatically connect with app open you have to go into tools and select to connect and then it doesn't pass the info to Shealth even though there's a setting for that. The add your picture to your profile doesn't work. The personal information page doesn't close the keyboard thus hiding the save button come on put some effort in

I was considering buying this scale, but after reading all these bad reviews about the app, I'm gonna have 2 keep searching.

The app does not work on galaxy s5. When I open the app the screen keeps flashing....

The scale for the display on the app is all wrong it won't find anything via Bluetooth. I just bought a really expensive regular scale I guess

I like the idea of the app, but I've uninstalled it because it's a huge battery drainer and it always stays open and I can't ever force it closed

Deleted data and now 4.1 won't work. I wonder if I can return the scale

It is near impossible to make any changes.
