CIPA Online

A CIPA Online é uma solução que permite a realização do processo eleitoral de CIPA (Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes), conforme NR-05, desde a divulgação do edital até o relatório final a ser entregue ao MTE, sendo a votação realizada em urna eletrônica disponível na web. Esta ferramenta inovadora atende as normas exigidas por lei para o processo de eleição de CIPA.
A ferramenta funciona da seguinte maneira:
– Os funcionários recebem e-mail com convite à candidatura.
– Encerrado o período de candidatura, inicia-se automaticamente o processo eleitoral.
– Funcionários recebem e-mail convocando para a votação.
– Somente funcionários devidamente cadastrados poderão votar.
– Escolhido o voto e confirmada a escolha, é então contabilizado o voto em nossa base de dados.
– O usuário recebe de imediato a confirmação de seu voto.
– Encerrado o período de votação, o gestor pode encaminhar um e-mail para os funcionários com o resultado final da eleição.
