App currently not working and when we used it at Luton airport last time, it was pouring down with rain and their stop had no cover from the rain. To make things worse the driver was late and when he arrived, remained in the van doors closed whilst we got soaked. I wish there was an alternative company I could use from Liverpool street to Luton. Seriously consistin considering paying a cab.

This app is completely useless . waste of time. Where is My location I know already am I ? and bus will come eventually. Make Yourself useful programmer please just simple copy easyjet application . We need application what shows stops , store the ticket with barcode so we dont need to print out the ticket. etc.... this is what makes it useful.
