Eastbay

Horribly designed app! It tries to get you to download the app you are already using. When creating an account and entering your birthday you have to click month by month all the way back. Can't just enter a date. It was glitch and not worth using. I'll just go to the website. Eastbay is awesome, their app is not.

I have no idea how to use the app when it comes to ordering. There's no tutorial that tells you how to use the app, there are no buttons to actually order the item, there are no buttons to select the size of the shoe. This is literally the worst app I have ever used to shop.

I bought brand new Damian Lillard 3. When I received the package The Shoe Box had tape all over it even though they were supposed to be brand new I asked Eastbay if I could get a new box and they said shoe boxes are only made to protect the shoes do you think we have extra boxes just to hand out every time one gets damaged sorry we don't have a nice day that is not how you handle customer service they only want your money they don't want to help you at all they only want you to purchase items and they don't worry about you coming back because they really don't care

I have two MAJOR issues with this app other than the fact it is unnecessarily difficult to navigate. One: I can't filter more than two options under a filter parent. Say I only want to see sizes 8.5 and 9 sneakers, I can't do this because I have to choose one size or the other. Second: Wishlist doesn't work and this is by FAR the biggest issue. The only reason I have this app is either to shop or wish, so the fact the wishlists are broken (yes even the default one you start with) is awful for a very well respected company. Love Eastbay, hate the app.

I ordered football cleats, 2 pairs of Nike socks, and Nike football gloves for only $100!!! Everything has great quality and my order said it would be delivered in 3-5 days but it literally came the day after I ordered it. Loved it!!!!

Bad east bay still has not refunded me for returned items.

Eastbay sucks in general compared to what it used to be. Simple as that. Give the people good shoes from prior years for a cheap price

As others have said it's a mere web browser...that urges you to dl the official app while you're using the official app. Yeah, I kid you not.

The app is just an App browser. There's no real development into it as Eastbay Development would suggest. There are places online you could go to have the same thing for your business & this option would be the least expensive. This is why you see the Eastbay ad on top but it is just simply a web browser opening a mobile version of their site. The search also didn't even work for me. I had this app when you first launched it & removed it for this same reason. I tried again to see if maybe by now you would have made it a real app like say the Newegg app is. If you wanna shop from your phone on Eastbay just use your normal browser. You'd be better off. By now Eastbay you should have your own app. Not some web browser app. I could make your current app now with Android Studio having only minimal knowledge & googling the rest... Most ppl reviewing it don't know any better but low stars it gets from those that know.... no hater here I just think with all money they make they should by now have updated from the basic web browser app....

There is an Eastbay app ad banner WITHIN the app itself telling me to download the app! This banner is there EVERY time I use the app! Does Eastbay know that this is costing them $$$$$$ by annoying their customers?? Why promote your app when obviously we have already downloaded it?

Kept restarting it and it says unfortunately eastbay has stopped please fix it so I can buy my soccer shoes

App was fine shopping but che k.out was terrible. Tried miltiple times and page just continued on processing screen for 10 mo ites until I was aggervated and exited out.

Shopping is made simple here. The app can be a little buggy at times. A reboot or re install usually helps.

I updated the app and now when I go to shop all it says is unable to process request now it's utterly useless. These sorry android developers are pathetic and useless unlike IOS developers, they are the best

I attempted to place a order and each time I would do so the screen would freeze and so I tried to go out and come back in then after doing so I was still unable to click my "cart" you guys should fix this issue ASAP

"Stay away from them!!! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, the first delivery was lost. So they sent the same pairs again which were too small in both. Not knowing how the return process I contacted customer service and was told the returned shipping would be refunded. It ended up costing me $60 and i was NEVER REIMBURSE.

What did you do to the app? This is terrible. It really pisses me off when the back button completely closes the app.
