I m using a android phone, was able to connect before updating the software, ever since unable to connect. There is some bad review/comments but the developer didn't take any action to get it fix.

Super hard connect to phone bluetooth, super dumb apps, phone show connected, but app keep prompt bluetooth diaconnect.out of 100 time connect only success 1 . Waste money product.
