Good application to have for reminders and reports

This app will not show items in dropdown lists when adding appointments and support will not respond to any queries about the issue. When attemping to submit queries on their mobile site the site freezes with the processing icon active. After 30 minutes of watching it spin I realized they honestly DO NOT care or want to here about issues with the app or site.

Great app, major glitch. Every time I touch the alarm setting - literally TOUCH the popup window to set the time - the app window closes. I have to go get it back out of the dormant apps to hopefully change another number. Fix that.

Great for managing meds and Vital statistics. Would have given 5* if it had displayable graphics active.

Helps track everything in one place: meds, refills, amounts, doctors and pharmacy appointments, vital signs. And anything else you want related to health. Often find myself pulling out this app at doctor visits as it has a better memory than I do ☺ Thanks for the fix to bring back "light" menu!

As an RN currently on disability w/many critical meds that shouldn't be missed along w/records of my diet, weight, blood sugar & other vital signs this APP is wonderful! It Alerts you to take each med at its scheduled time, quantities, need to refill & so much more, have never found an App this helpful! I highly recommend it myself!!!

2017 update: is there any way to add a graph or chart that we can look back at to see if we are missing a dose or have missed a dose that day and for the month to a year?? This would be amazing. I would pay for this app.. fyi.. *** I love this app because I have numerous medicines to remember during the day and this app helps me to remember them. I love this app. It's a life saver!!!

This used to be a great app, one that I recommended to anyone in need of medication reminders. But the most recent update is buggy. It's skipping reminders even when my phone is plugged in. The pop up menu (to skip a med or filter a list) is blank white with no text (in the dark theme). It's just not it's old reliable self. Please roll back until these bugs can be worked out.

Update... Seems many have the same problem. This isn't about individual contact. Clearly there's something wrong across the board. Ok... second attempt at a review. Loved this until I got a new phone- Note 8. Reminder alert not working. I've rechecked the schedule and how I've set up each med but it doesn't work. Used to happen on the odd occasion with my Note 4 but this needs fixing ASAP or I'll have to try something else.

I love this app. But, for some reason with the Samsung J7 Perx, the notifications don't always come through on time. In fact, the notifications are sometimes more than a half hour late. This is the only phone I've ever had a problem with anything with this app. I truly love the app, been using it for over 7 years.

Great app ,especially when you have multiple meds to take daily/weekly. Lets you know when to reorder prescriptions too. Makes everything easy for you. Latest update has put "take now" and Save button at top of screen. I find this awkward as it's too small a space to fit it in. Please move back to bottom of screen. Also , alarm fails to sound if phone is locked and only sounds when phone is opened. This has to change as I can leave phone locked for hours and miss a dose. Otherwise excellent app all round.

I REALLY love this app. I've been using it since 2015. The only way it could be better is if I could sync the data across my other devices. This has everything I was looking for to keep track of when to take my meds and supplements to avoid interactions, as well as my appts, doctors and pharmacies; and I can track my family's meds at the same time, too. I can put lots of detailed info about my meds into the app and issues I've had over the years as I've switched to other drugs. I can set the reminders to ring once or annoy me until I finally take my med.???? Keep up the great work! And please create a way to sync with other devices.

Thanks for the update...This app is a workhorse...I've been using it for years. It has never lets me down. It keeps on helping me take my meds on time and I never forget Doctors appointments or refills - Excellent!!!

Awesome program! Have used not only to remind me but also to show doctor how often I am taking pain pills. Also has come in handy at emergency room to show what medications I am on.

I've used the app for quite a while, and really appreciate the functionality. Moving the take now, save, etc. to the top really does make it more difficult for me to use. Also, when you fixed the menus for the light theme, you broke them for the dark theme. Please fix the menus.

I have used the app for yrs with no problems. Love it. But with the latest update, on the dark theme (which I always use because the light theme messes with my eyes) I can't see some of the things. Like on vitals, I can't see whether to put as breakfast or anything! Please fix as I use this every day.

Using for years with no problem, until last patch. Now when using dark theme, pop-up menus show as white boxes with no text. Can select options if you know the order (or approximate location) in that pop-up menu. Please fix, I have to use the dark theme (which I love normally) for light-sensitivity issues, and I have personally recommended this app multiple times, and want to continue.

Today's update moved "take now" "save" etc to top making it very crowded. I much prefer these at the bottom.

Have been using this app for about a year to manage my meds. Have found it very reliable and easy to use. However, the one thing this app needs to put it at the top of it's class is the ability to sync between devices, either via DropBox sync, or dedicated cloud service, etc. Once this happens, it'll be a 5 star app and worth every penny for the pro version.

After a couple or years use the alarms are all all over the place. I had an alarm set for 11:00am that did not go off till 11:18am. My phone time, clock time are all correct.

I got put on antibiotics for a short time and was skipping doses, so I went looking for a basic app to remind me since Google calendar was not helping me with reminders set up multiple times a day. I found this app and my first impression was oh no it's too sophisticated for my needs! But once I figured things out I realized I had been skipping doses of other long term meds or even taking them twice! This app forces me to remember without having to put on to paper. Plus I can take it with me to doctor appointments or an errand/urgent care visit and all the information is right there! The only thing better would be to add a period tracker/fertility predictor and a pain log for chronic pain tracking. Also for those folks with mental health challenges, a mood log. Then I wouldn't have to use a separate app.

This is very thorough and easy to use. Needs to sync with the cloud like Dropbox and solve the tedious process of changing devices and keeping your history.

I have come to depend on it more and more. I used to forget to take my pills. But never once since I got this app. So nice to always have a list of not only my pills and alergies but my wife's too. Used it at many a hospital and doctors office.

Great pill memory aid and more than I need but can imagine needing it as my memory ails. Great tool to assist you in your daily mess.

I take a lot of Rxs & this is a great way to manage all that. The reminders are crucial & they never fail. I don't miss my midday or evening meds anymore. Lost a star for not transferring backed up data to new phone last year. Lost all recovery notes, etc. from 3yrs. App should have a data backup or ability to move to SD for when you upgrade phones. Maybe there is and I'm missing it.

This is a great app, however you cannot transfer the info to another of my devices, like my tablet, without physically copying it. If it could do that I would give it 5 stars.

The App does everything I would want it to do, except for one thing; after an update the black theme does not work right. The pull downs are white with white words. This needs to be fixed.

Let's enter my meds. Then I went set up a profile and kept getting that app had stopped. 1 time ok 2nd time report it 3rd time your out. Uninstalled the app.

Great for the great many meds I have to take. Alarm system could use some work though. Plus needs importing appointments from Google Calendar & Drs/Pharmacies from Google Contacts.

Used to be fabulous but when reinstalled it after reset phone been experiencing problems with it keep crashing when entering meds into system - then have to restart filling in the medication again really wastes time

I would totally be lost without this reminder app. Extremely helpful when doctors ask for a medication list. If you take the time to input your medication information, you will get the full benefits of what this app can do.

Notifications don't work

Helps me keep on track with Reminders for all my meds.

Keeps everything to remind me to take and refill my mom's medication. Recommend downloading.

Good to use but it will not allow the to change profile for any saved appointments. I will add more feedback after more usage. It doesn't allow to enter 1 or 2 while adding notification time for any of the appointments. Either we have to go to landscape mode or type some other number before entering above numbers (basically cursor image is overlapping numbers)
