Arithmetic Tutor - Subtraction for Android
This is a paid app, which is why Ill criticize it. When you borrow, you must place the borrowed value below the difference sign and tens or hundreds (different but fine). However, when you borrow a tens, the ones SHOULD display a mini number above the ones automatically. Nothing visually reminds the young learner that the ones is now different. For example changing from a 4 to a 14. PLEASE FIX.
Just purchased, was looking forward to using after it downloaded, but was disappointed. The layout to be fair is good the numbers you have to subtract are easy to see, but when u want to enter the answer, you have to drag and drop the numbers at the bottom of the screen which are that small youre fingertips needs to be the size of a matchstick., Everytime you try and drag the number,a window opens up asking if u want to cancel or check the answer. If the user interface was bigger at the bottom of the screen then this app would get the thumbs up from me. Would be a good app if your phone had a stylus, but i own an x10 mini. Hopefully thre developer can come up with some sort of fix!
