I hate it, it was almost the only reason I bought a Sony but now it doesn't work :'(

Continually get the error message of 40035:PromotionUnavailable. Want to access the app to delete my downloads as it won't allow me transfer to SD card, and they're taking up a lot of valuable space.

There is issue while log in "network error: promotion unavailable" so that it cannot enter to the log in window. Please fix this issue

What could the problem be, it tells me "promotion unavailable " but I have downloaded my movies.

Where will I get the code?

Cant access all downloaded tv series.pls fix it.

Blacklisted s1 episodes 19 and 20 wouldn't play. Reloaded them twice, always to some error when trying to play. Further two episodes play ok but don't want to be stuck like this on a longhaul flight again as no fun skipping episodes due to drm, subtitles or whatever glitches. Glad I had conventional movies library on that trip. And yes, my Internet is very fast and stable, I have gigs of free space on my Z3 and sd card and no other movie player reports any problems. Upd: of course they were fully downloadd!

Hey, I'm using xperia Z3. Why I can't view the downloaded movies in the movie or album apps? And I can't play it offline? What a waste of space, this is not recommended

Are there any ways to transfer the movies to my computer? My phone is running out of space but I don't want to delete the movies.

I downloaded movie (2gb) to my sd card, closed an app, turned off wi-fi. But I was not able to watch the movie later- app showed, that I have to download movie again (even though I have it on my sd card???), and I was requested to log in again. So if you do not have an Internet connection, you cannot watch movies. Awesome! I deleted this app.

May i happen to know where i can find the downloaded movies so i can clear up space?

Why after installing the 3 free movies and are on my phone, do I need to be connected ro the internet to okay any one of them?? ALSO why does the programme take so long to start?? Sorry but I am uninstalling this.....

It sometimes force stopped and needs restarting... Please do something to stabilizes this and the file size is too large. Try giving us options for lower quality with smaller size movie

After downloading a series, two episode of Blacklist it won't open even after i restated my tablet Z3. Movies are downloaded into SD card (after reading reviews) still problem occurred. Please resolved issue.

It doesn't open when I click on it,to open I must go to Xperia lounge,and do the whole process again that leads to Google play then I have to choose open from there,is this normal?it's bad if it is

I downloaded 2 movies, the first one works fine. But you still need to login to watch the downloaded movie. That means you can watch it without network. The second one...sign. Login again and again, over half hour still can't watch it. It halt after I played the movie like 10 sec. And also the screen always show "privilege movies" but didn't show the login screen unless u give up and put ur device down. Then it shows "your login session expire"!!!!!! This is the first app make me so annoying, congrats,!

I am using Z3 and I have fully downloaded 3 movie in my internal drive. I played one of the movie half and paused. And when the next I open this app again, it asked me login again, not a problem with this, but after I logged in, it said the movies which I downloaded are not there and have to download again, WHAT?!?! But the internal spaces are already occupied. So how to solve this? I dont have this problem when I where using 2.0 on my Z2. This 3.0 is disappointing.

Don't waste your mobile or wifi data. After sucessful download of two Complete movies. It works only one time. After that when I launch the application both the movies which I downloaded were in 25% paused state. But again I downloaded. Now third time I am facing similar problem. I have enough space both in my internal and SD card. Pathetic application. Don't waste time.

I downloaded the first movie and watched it. After four hours I decided to download the other movies but unfortunately the first movie was gone and restarted the download.

Offline mode doesn't work. I have to go online all the time, and log in most of the time. If it wasn't for the 3 free movies I got when buying my new phone I wouldn't use the app

What's the use of downloading the movies if you can't play off line.....

It says my media license is invalid. I cant redeem... Experia z3( i try it again but still the same, license is invalid) i send already an email to eagle eye, pls check my redeemtion code.

After download It doesn't work

It freezes the whole time I open it not good

Current network region not supported error.

I selected to save in SD card after I press download but it still goes into internal phone memory...why??? I tried to manually move the whole folder into the SD card but the apps can no longer display the downloaded movies in lists...

I've downloaded the complete blaclist season one to my sdcard and have been using the app regularly in december. This month every time i login, i get the loading icon for a few seconds and then the app force closes. I cant get in.. What do i do?
