Reachus is a customer care app for people-(customers and businesses) to chat in real time.

People simply add a new chat with a business by entering a business handle (i.e @businessname) or make use of the search box to discover a business.

Businesses get an handle by simply creating an account and setting up their profile, status, channels and Representatives (customer care agents) account.Businesses can also integrate Reachus on their website (Live Chat) and also on their mobile app (HTML5).
