MCB Lite Mobile Wallet

Deposited some money to use. But totally useless app, crashes every time I try to do any thing.

I really Don't like its graphical User interface. Please update this app with professional banking app.

My transaction pin id is not working on app saying "invalid mobile no or pin" but on ATM machine same PIN is working . flop pocket wellet

After otp update it has brecon be useless. Been trying for about 2 hours, no otp received.

I can't login to it...... Giving error of invalid pin when would you fix that?????

OTP late sms recieve issue,with otp it's useless now

Tried to check balance enquiry so many times and it's says invalid pin or nmbr. Even changed my pin by calling call center still not working. Have to make urgent payment and now this problem has arised. Kindly fix this problem as quickly as possible.

Applying process is a little tricky. Most mcb branches staff do not know about the mcb lite service. Only the main branches have access to deposit funds. Call center staff hang up without reason. You will be lucky to get a cooperative person on call center. Do not apply via website. Apply through call center. Once you get the service activated it works great. It's safe and convenient. Accepted everywhere. I am using it and am very satisfied by the service and the application. 5 stars.

I downloaded this App yesterday. So this is my second day that I'm trying to simply log in but it keeps telling me 'Unable to Connect' or 'Unable to Connect Server' Even though I had called and registered my number yesterday. I even tried MCB Mobile, hoping it would do the job. But it's the same story there too - 'Invalid Account' or 'Invalid Number' or something to that effect. I had to a couple of extremely payments but was unable!! PLEASE help me out here!! This is extremely important and urgent!!

The call centre agents were very rude. Hung up in the middle of call for no reason. I'd suggest you to please add the option of activating/deactivating the internet session in the app itself. This would minimise the interaction with the pathetic staff.

Apart from the issues with MCB Lite card itself, this app is useless as well. Does not allow to login although I can login to web successfully. Does not generate OTP and simply says unsuccessful login. Customer service center could not help in this regard either.

Problem is when you buy top up and your Number is Converted please fix it.. kindly Promote your app like Meezan & Askari bank...like Atm Map...And previous Activity log...

Whenever​ I try to login app always stuck on processing. When there is you need for app it always doing that but web version works fine. Why you even made app if we cannot to login in important time and it can't logged in. What is purpose of this app if we cannot use it in the important time. It looks like server not respond in app or same like that. Please fix this.

Sorry to say, worst App I ever used! All we get are OPT unnecessary messages along with Application Download messages again and again! Very very slow, but Standards more than NASA USA! 30 sec and the message arrives after 30 sec and then Host Failed! Please remove this application which I believe is in house developed, let someone Professional to build the application! And please keep the option for OTP! Terrible App. For God sake, and seems that this bank was sometimes linked with Govt. Culture!

Great service my MCB. This card is accepted all over the world and on every website. Its also safe bcoz you can keep as much balance as u want to use instantly for online shopping. The call center ppl however are very rude. They hang up without reason. I called atleast 50 times untill a cooperative person picked up and solved my problem. The application procedure is a bit diff but once it becomes active ot works like a charm. I am very happy. The mcb lite app is also pretty easy to use and works flawless.

It does not recognise the mobile number if it is ported out to some other network and says network and number does not match. Kindly do something about it quick

Most of the time host dose not respond. When i try to pay utility bill. And i m not also able to insert money through branch due to system errors. I have tried in many branchs gujranwala

Useless app . . .D'snt work. Login sucessfully but show transaction pin error for next whatever i want to do worst experience please change it or make it work better

I am not experiencing any bugs as many users report.

I have no issue with otp . But the app force closes 50% of time just after login .. and I have to go through the whole process if getting otp and signing in again. Pkz fix it. I still prefer loging in on Chrome than this buggy app

Useless design. Can't do any task quickly. It has useless graphics and new users won't be able to understand how to use it.

Its one of worst bank in Pakistan , i used it for online payment and they deduct money while other party didn't get it. And helpline is hang called in middle 2number banking system

This is a very bad app wont let u sign in lots of bugs.... Mcb did a bad job with this..... Mcb Please update this and remove all the bugs....

Been using this app since long.but now otp generation is problem .otp should be in email too so if the user have difficulty getting them via mobile signals they can use the app properly .otherwisea zero star from my side

Used to be very good. Now with the OTP, has become extremely slow, useless when there is no mobile network and also giving constant Transaction Token Expired issue. Developer... please stop ruining a good facility!

It gives me error failed to generate OTP at this moment can you pls send me mail as to what this problem could be. I would be greatful for your reply. Also i get a msg saying mcb lite login succesful but it doesnt login in app

App is great but still Ascending ordering option is missing in Quick Pay the way we'd on website. Any idea when we're going to have that?

The update ruined it's functionality, I get the error when try to login, it says "Failed to generate the OTP. Need to fix it ASAP.

Everytime i try to log in it shows an error like "failed to gemerate OTP" even though i receive a message of logging confirmation

Recieved OTP(ONE TIME PASSWORD). Saveral time reset my pin with helpline but after login cant access anything. Could u guys plz solve

Since last update it is not logging in, Although I receive sms on my mobile that login successful but it says in the App, "Failed to generate OTP at the moment try again later" you better correct it as soon as possible

No topup available under Rs.100. All other banks giving this facility. Review it please..
