Used to been member for a year giving them 500rs! Seen Very downgrade staff also they don't know how to talk with customers!when we send them prescription there clearly mentioned only no of tablets! they Sent No Of pkts. When we complaint for it as managment denied to accept their fault! Thn after we complaint again to their MD Mr Yash Shah he approaches us and give us surety to come back us within as soon as earlier! In such a case no steps would be taken from him and still we face the problem.

I order around 3000 but till 2 days no reply for confirmation on 3rd day I call no one pick at last after lots of call they talk on whatsapp and said we didn't get any order plz order on whatsapp and after 48 hours you get it. You should know you serving on Medical line you need to Punctual and if you don't take order on application Than why you make this application..also not payment details for online. Seriously in this time no online payment systems..just delete it better med plus.

Worst Service ever. Insipte of sending the prescription they dont bother to send medicine. After 1 week i call them again to ask about my medicine they say place order again, send prescription again. Please dont buy medicine from them. because they dont understand the urgency of medicine
