Hydrator will alert / remind you when you need to drink another glass of water. Climate, health and diet all change the amount of water you need to consume on a daily basis. You can set your own target as per your need. Hydrator also allows you to set your own glass size.
Amount of water we drink has a significant effect on our overall health and well-being. With your water intake, a good rule of thumb to follow is at least 64 ounces a day. That's eight 8-oz glasses of liquid within 24 hours. Seems simple, but the problem is that almost everyone forget to drink while is busy with everyday things. Not anymore!

I couldn't find an option to specify units of measure. I work in mls, and oz were the only available measures. I can't comment on how the rest of the app works, as once I found it lacked this feature, I found another water tracker app to use.
