Muzeum Początków Państwa Polskiego w Gnieźnie jest instytucją zajmującą się głównie dziedzictwem polskiego średniowiecza oraz historią Gniezna i regionu. Posiada zbiory archeologiczne, sztuki, historyczne i archiwalne; prowadzi działalność naukowo-badawczą, wydawniczą oraz edukacyjną w ramach lekcji muzealnych.
