About PCI Bleeding Risk
This handy calculator lets you select from various risk factors and computes the risk of major bleeding complications in patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention. Use the scoring and bleed percentages presented here to determine which medications a patient should use post-procedure.
The referenced study used more than a million PCI procedure datapoints collected in the CathPCI Registry to build a 10 factor bleeding risk model. The NCDR data used was quality validated and audited.
