Djezzy met à la disposition du client un nouvel outil qui rend l’utilisation des offres et services de Djezzy facile et accessible en les groupant dans une seule application Mobile.
Plus besoin de ce rappeler les numéros courts des services et offres de Djezzy un seul clique sur l’application suffis.

Description du Service:

DjezzyApp est une application mobile android qui permet d'exploiter toutes les offres et services de Djezzy déjà lancées sur le marché.

Cette application propose des raccourcis pour une meilleure gestion et expérience client. DjezzyApp est téléchargeable via le store Google Play.

Les services qui sont disponibles sur l’application sont comme suit :

- Menu 3G : permet d’acheter des forfait internet 3G speed et @migo et de consulter la consommation des forfaits internet 3G.

- Consultation de crédit et facture;

- Menu Offres : les services et les offres qui seront disponibles sont comme suit : offre Club, offre liberty 1, offre liberty 7, offre liberty weekend & le service tranquilo;

- SMS Bip : le client aura accès au menu SMS bip pour envoyer un message Flexily STP et/ou appel moi;
- Flexily : un accès directe pour effectuer un transfert;

- Imtiyaz : le client aura accès à son solde des points Imtiyaz, les bonus, le mot de passe, le catalogue des cadeaux et les avantages de la carte fidélité & news;  

- Mes services : un accès directe vers les services suivant : Ranati, Scoop, Verso,  Hadra, Clip +, boite vocale et mes info (météo, les heures de prières, infos USMA, MCA, ESS et sorties,).

Facturation:

DjezzyApp sera disponible gratuitement sur le store Google Play, seule le volume du téléchargement de l’application qui sera facturé au prix du Djezzy internet en vigueur.
L’utilisation de DjezzyApp est gratuite seule les offres et services qui seront facturés au prix en vigueur.

- 3G Menu: You can buy 3G internet speed andmigo package and check the consumption of 3G internet packages.

- Credit Counseling and invoice;

- Menu offers: services and offers that will be available are as follows: Provides Club offers 1 Liberty, Liberty offers 7 offers liberty & the tranquilo weekend service;

- SMS Beep: the client will have access to the SMS menu once to send a message Flexily STP and / or call me;
- Flexily: direct access to Transfer;

- Imtiyaz: The client will receive the balance of Imtiyaz points bonuses, the password, the catalog of gifts and benefits of the loyalty card & news;

- My services: direct access to the following services: Ranati, Scoop, Verso, Hadra, Clip +, voicemail and my info (weather, prayer times, information USMA, MCA, ESS and outputs).

Billing:

DjezzyApp will be available free on the Google Play store, only the size of the download of the application that will be charged the price of Djezzy internet in force.
Using DjezzyApp is free only offers and services that will be charged at the prevailing price.
