I put few things in my wishlist and later when I wanted to see the items I put in the wishlist, I see them all in a list, but I couldn't open the item I wanted and see info about them.

Every time I check my cart then continue shopping, the cart multiple the item and change the colour. I've tried to delete and edit the colour but when I check out and make payment it changed again. I've sent email to make exchange, hope you'll sent me what I want.

Ordered one dress one pants they sent two pants the same size the same color the same thing! And I couldn't exchange it!

When checking out the clothes, how can I change from large images to the smaller size, so that I can see more at the same time? Takes me much longer to scroll down with larger images.

If an item goes on sale it doesn't show the sale price on the shopping cart, even if you open the item.

Chose country and language but after that it wouldn't open. Had to uninstall.

I'm a frequent online shopper, and have used multiple similar apps. For this one, synchronization between one's online account and app account could definitely be improved. You see, I used my online account in looking up items I wanted to buy. This was before I decided I liked what I saw and finally downloaded the app - thinking I'm probably gonna use it a lot, and it will be more mobile friendly. When I logged in the app though and checked My Wishlist to check out some of them, it said zero items on my wishlist. That was annoying.

Don't buy on this APP. I haven't received my order. Mango doesn't reply and their courier company says I must take it up with Mango. Shocking service. I have paid a lot of money for something it seems I won't receive.

i've purchase several times and i got what i exactly want! hope they can give free shipping for loyal customers.. or extra discounts..all the way here in the Philippines ...

I have had purchased a suit for work which fits me great just needed minor tailoring in length, anyway they offer high quality products, but the service was fairly slow, maybe because I had it shipped overseas, anyways I hope they add a review and Q&A sections for every particular product in the future, it will made a huge help for buyers to determine whether the product will meet their needs and expectations or not, yeah and they also need to improve customer service time response, thanks

So easy to navigate!!!! Flawless shopping experience! Love the wishlist option and how the size option pops automatically when you select an item. The suggestions are well thought and really matches the item you are interested in. I am plus-size girl and I really struggle to find clothes that are trendy on my size hence why I love Violeta! Everytime i log in, the items in my cart are multiplied. some deleted ones come back.
