Can't easily choose whole hiragana or katakana set. Pretty obvious thing that someone would want to do.

The screen interface, of how it shows the kana and does the quiz, is the best I seen. Fits the screen perfectly and easy to see and read. Does a mix of hiragana and katakana quiz, which is good, and what you will see in Japan. Has a semi-hidden setting that delays the switch to the next kana if you get one wrong. This smart feature should be more obvious, but still excellent quizzer.

Really helpful app if your learning Japanese, now if I only knew where to get the Kanji version of this :)

Although the format makes it easy to guess with minimal recognition it does a great job of creating associations for beginners

Very useful. Best study aid for kana I have seen. Suggestion：give option to have clue in romaji and choice of 4 kana symbols.
