Sure, you've probably tried others that have overlays, and options, and doesn't loop a video INSTANTLY or perfectly. Look no further! This simple app asks you for a link to your video or audio file that you've hosted somewhere, and supports WEBM, MP4, MP3, ADTS, TS, FLV, OGG, PS, and WAV. It will download it to the device and loop it. Need to change the media file? Simply hit the back button, put in a new link, and the process will repeat. No fuss, no bloat, just simple, GPU optimized video playback.

So grab a Nexus player, Nvidia Shield, or any other Android tablet or phone running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher - and loop some media!
