AlertKAST Partner

AlertKAST Partner is where all alerts raised from the AlertKAST app can be received by the representatives of the service providers.
The service provider needs to have an enterprise account on the AlertKAST platform.
The service provider can configure service representatives for each of the service request channels that exist.
Representatives will receive alerts based on the rules set for routing service requests – such as geo based routing.
Once a new service request is received, representatives can view the location and callback number of the user who has raised the alert.
Representatives can chat or call the user to provide assistance.
Once the service is provided, the representative can close the ticket and solicit feedback from the user.
